This is the only Subway in Sterling my family will get sandwiches. We always have a large order, they are always patient while my children choose what they want. The staff is always happy to see us. They are fast, efficient and always work with a smile. Make sure to tip your sandwich creator well, they work hard for you, and as we all know, a sandwich is always better when someone else makes it.

I have been going to this subways for at least 10 years, and I have always. I haven't been impressed with the staff and the food they care about what they do. And I have compared it. That's all the subways I recommend this one.

I had a wonderful experience at this Subway thanks to Khaled’s excellent service. He was friendly and polite. He paid attention to every detail. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Keep up the great work.

I dont know why people complaining about the service and food for this Subway but i found out their service is soo good also they serve very clean . I ordered almost 3 to 4 days a every week . So they treat me like a family customer .

Ordered here wrongfully by accident
Knowing I'm too far to be able to pick up the order I wanted to be nice and I called this location to let them know that I won't be coming and that they could give my order away to anyone or whatever and they displayed a nasty attitude over the phone. They must be really miserable here.
I really enjoyed the customer service, Sarna in particular was very sweet and attentive when I was there with my children. Wonderful service.

Very disappointed in this subway franchise. Very unprofessional and very unpleasant people behind the counter. I went for my online order pickup. When I got in my car, I realised it was the wrong order, so I went back, and they refused to deal with it. After some talking, the guy finally agreed to give me my order, making it sound like he’s doing me a favour, whereas it’s his job. Not only that, he also started cussing in a different language. Little did he know that I understood him. When I confronted him, he started stuttering and denying it. And when I spoke to him in the same language, he understood it, and still denied he didn’t say anything. Throughout this experience, he didn’t apologise, not even once for his behaviour (wrong order, arguing back, cursing at me). If I had an option for 0 stars, I’d do that!! Do not come here!! There are many many other options!!! Or at least there are many other subway franchises that you can visit, but DO NOT come here!!!

Very disappointed in the service at this Subway Franchise.
I ordered a seasonal peppermint footlong cookie for the first time. Not knowing what to expect, I took a small bite out of what was given to me. Upon tasting, I realized that this was not a peppermint cookie.
I went back to the location, and informed the person who was behind the counter that there was a mix up in the order.
After some back and forth, the employee reluctantly decided to provide me with the peppermint cookie I had ordered. However, as he turned his back, I heard him mumbling profane language in his native language.
Unbeknownst to him, I understood exactly what he muttered. I confronted him and he was in utter disbelief. He couldn’t believe that I understood what he said.
Rather than apologizing, he insisted he didn’t say what he did.

Worst subway ever in virginia.
Bread cold and old..vegetable all trash, there s no teriyaki souce what i ordered. Quantity is not even half compare to any other subway. Old men and old women look like 2 owner full time angry face. I never go again.

I had the pleasure of visiting my local Subway recently, and I must say, the service was beyond impressive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere, thanks to two incredible employees: Khalid and Sharana.
Khalid was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to ask about my preferences and offer suggestions to enhance my sandwich. His knowledge of the menu was spot on, and he made sure everything was prepared to perfection. His positive attitude really stood out, and it felt like he genuinely cared about delivering the best experience possible.
Sharana, on the other hand, was equally fantastic. She was so professional yet personable, taking the time to ensure my order was made exactly as I requested. She also offered me a few extras to try, and her upbeat energy made the whole process enjoyable. It was clear that both Khalid and Sharana worked well together, creating a seamless and efficient service experience.
Their combined efforts truly made my visit memorable. Great food is always a big draw, but exceptional customer service like this makes all the difference. I left feeling not only satisfied with my meal but also impressed with the high level of care these two employees put into their work.
I’ll definitely be returning to this Subway location—thanks to Khalid and Sharana for making it such a positive experience. Highly recommended!
