This is one of the worst subways I’ve ever been to in my life. This place looks so dirty. They don’t have clean dishes. The knife looks horribly dirty. The ladies there are very rude and they charge you for stuff. You did not buy for example I asked for a water cup. They told me they didn’t have any and they just gave me a fountain cup. I’m like OK they’re not gonna charge me this so I grabbed it to find out I’m paying and they charge me and they had the audacity to say you got a soda cup when they gave it to me I tried calling the manager there at the store But they keep hanging up the call. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional. I i need corporate please put them on check.

The workers were very rude as I was trying to ask how they were doing and if they had a good day and made my sandwich poorly this was 06/09/25 around 5 o’clock they cut my sandwich before even folding it and putting the rest of the topping on after I said please put more topping I promise you I was as respectful as can be when I came home to eat BECAUSE THE TABLES WERE FILTHY and the floor the sandwich topping had almost all fallen out the bread and the paper wrap was SOAKED in sauce I would NEVER RECOMMEND this location to anyone do not got at least on mondays at 5 o’clock GO TO JERSEY MIKES OR FIREHOUSE SUBS all I wanted was a sandwich and I promise I’m always very polite and STILL TIPPED even though the service was HORRIBLE

Just ate the worst sandwich I have ever paid for. 6 slices of meat on old bread. Seriously old bread. I did not get it toasted and the bread was crunchy and crumbed everywhere. Had I not drove all the way home to eat this I would have given it back. Do Not Eat Here!!!! She grabbed the bread from the oven. Wonder how long it’s been in there? Borderline angry anyone would give this to someone.

For almost 17 years living in this area this location NEVER got my attention to come in and grab a sandwich until TODAY! Yeah! A real bad experience:
Atmosphere it is not clean and noise because they have music outside and inside the kitchen area.
Food looks NO FRESH. It is really disgusting!
Service real awful! The lady prepared my sandwich were trying to be nice but she was not!
I ordered a dozen of cookies because a tag price say $5.99 for a dozen. I was a dummy she charged me $7.16 without taxes.
I tried to ask to avoid the item but she refused to do it and for some reason I been charged for $4.03 on tips… WHAT?
Do not visit this location please guys believe me taste of sandwich was horrible!

I purchased a foot long tuna on wheat with all veggies sides. The lady literally smashed my sandwich with her forearm (gloves only cover the hand) and made it like a hot dog. It was very mushy. Will not come back here, they are never busy for a reason. I've been here at this location twice
Lady employee thought that I didn't know spanish, but she was using profanity language with the conversation with her coworker. Deli meat looked discolored to which it could be due to it being exposed to open air and a low volume of orders. Good thing I went with a meatball sub.

really good subs
I called about 5 times I would get no answer or id get an inmediate hang up. One of the two girl touched her mouth and then touched the food without gloves on and Overall the customer service was poor.
