Incompetent workers. Zero sense of urgency with 7 customers in line. Zero knowledge of how to balance mobile/online orders and walk in orders. 1 employee didn’t know how to make the sandwiches and kept asking the only other worker.

I called about 5 times I would get no answer or id get an inmediate hang up. One of the two girl touched her mouth and then touched the food without gloves on and Overall the customer service was poor.

They had trouble in acknowledging and finding order. Ordered the chicken something and the chicken was minimalParking: It's on a hill and it's difficult to sometimes find a spot and if I were in a wheelchair it becomes extremely hard to get a handicap space and then lug someone up the incline.Wheelchair accessibility: Minimal and on an upgrade that would hard on person

I like stopping in on this particular Subway sandwich shop operated by two persons, now, when it use to be Claudia by herself. When you enter nothing much has changed and always well-maintained. You don't wait on the line too long depending on the time of arrival. Like usual as i come in through the door and the girls are hustling to serve each customer, some with single orders and others with multiple orders. What I found fascinating is here level of professionalism and the accuracy in which she fulfilled each order. When I it was my turn I complimented her and asked where her helper was, she replied, it's just me. I was very impressed because not only was she running the shop, but kept clean and accessible for the customers that continued to stop in to order. This pleasant person was definitely not demonstrating any signs of fatigue, but I think it was admirable that she was doing so much as a one person show. She prepared my sandwich to my satisfaction and without delay. I managed to take pictures of this clean location and the immaculately kept interior. Subway has a winner here in Claudia again and I am always going to come here again.

This Subway is near my office. They are "okay" - staff not very friendly - the one lady always acts like it is an effort taking my orders. The other is nice. Today I tried online ordering. My order was ready at the right time but when I got back to work - the sandwich was not right. I had asked for 'more' tomatoes - they put none. I asked for mayonnaise, they put none. I had asked for oil and vinegar, they put none. They did give extra lettuce which I did not ask for. It is close to my work so I thought: I will call them and ask them to please get tomatoes, mayo and oil and vinegar ready - yes, I would make two trips for one sandwich. I called the number and was redirected to a voicemail box. The voicemail said the mailbox was full - you cannot leave a message. This is not customer service. We have stopped going to this Subway often from my office - no one ever wants Subway. The way they serve you, I guess they don't want you to visit them either!!

"You don't have to come back here!" I went to Subway at Great Falls Plaza today and had a not so nice experience. I asked for hot peppers on the side and the owner gave an attitude and throw the veggie down but she did it anyways. I had a coupon when I was ready to pay and she was not happy and told me not to bring the coupon anymore. When I told her that's not nice and she told me "you don't have to come back here." "Coupon don't do anything for us"she also said and told me "I should know better not to bring the coupon." WOW, just WOW!!!! I don't know how they survive because I know for a fact that they are always soooo rude. Not just to me but to customers before and after us also. People complain but I think we keep going back because of the convenience and hoping that they'll get better. Not even worth a star.

Came in to get lunch. Nobody was at the counter. I waited for a couple of minutes before calling back. Nothing. Waited a couple more minutes and called back more loudly, this time I heard a faint voice say something I couldn't make out. Waited like 5 minutes called back again and heard the same faint voice. Waited 2 more minutes and left. Terrible.
