Super Chicken

This place was recommended to me by a friend, and the food was delightful! I highly recommend the rotisserie chicken. It was very flavorful!! Could've been more tender, though. My only complaint is they didn't have the fried yuca, ugh!! The beef was nice and flavorful, covered in sauce, but not greasy. Fries were okay. Overall would come again, and hopefully, try that fried yuca!

Super Chicken is a fantastic spot for delicious rotisserie chicken—tender, flavorful, and always fresh. The service is impressively fast, even during peak hours when the place gets quite busy. Their sides are tasty and complement the chicken perfectly. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get. There’s seating available if you want to dine in, but if you’re not too hungry or prefer a relaxed meal at home, takeout is a great option too. Highly recommended!

For me, it's not worth it , I highly recommend pollo guapos at Herndon Va

The chicken was okay, but didn't really taste charcoal grilled. And the black beans were under seasoned, and the yuca was overcooked. The sauces were on par with other Peruvian restaurants.

Food is amazing but poor customer service

The service is very poor, they need to provide training for employees, common sense and business notions to serve the customer, I have been a customer for many years but lately there are employees who do not have the business sense and prefer to lose a customer than to make them feel good. I go less and less, hoping to find someone with more common sense.

Today Jun 20 - 2025 around 6:30 pm I have a really BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SUPPOSED “MANAGER “ and the coworkers also. I walking with my mom my two kids and my husband. I asked him for the #2 whole chicken 4 sizes. my husband was waiting with my little one . He started making my order when I said fries he told me he had no fries so I said oh no we need fries I said no thank you I went to ask my husband and when I was walking to the table that my husband was sitting the MANAGER told me (entonces vete ) OK so GO in Spanish When I react, I asked my 13-year-old son. He told me to go? And my mom say yes he told you that and I ask why you told me that we always came here . And I just get a aggressive reaction from them.so I walk out to the store with my family and then I came back to get the manager name and he was aggressive yelling Tell me the I was lying and then the whole group was defending him crazy nobody no wants to give me the manager‘s name the lady in from the cashier tell him to go to the back. The Excuse was that he was a stress because the truck that supplies the food didn’t come .
I’m taking my time to leave this review for the way they treated me and my family. I give a lot of chances to this place always we have to find
HAIR IN the chicken or in the fries rice. Even when I asked the fried rice without hair sometimes they replace my plate and I still get hair .
but this aggressive reaction is unacceptable for the manager and the group I wish the real manager or the boss to see the video.
