Food is good, but this is the SECOND time I’ve tried ordering pickup ($100 worth of food both times) where the restaurant and DoorDash blame each other for some technical difficulties that *somehow* caused automatic cancellation. No email or notification that the order has been cancelled either. So I’m out $100 for 3 - 5 days because of this mixup and wasted my time?

Figure out your online ordering please. This is bad customer service.

This place was recommended to me by a friend, and the food was delightful! I highly recommend the rotisserie chicken. It was very flavorful!! Could've been more tender, though. My only complaint is they didn't have the fried yuca, ugh!! The beef was nice and flavorful, covered in sauce, but not greasy. Fries were okay. Overall would come again, and hopefully, try that fried yuca!

Super Chicken is a fantastic spot for delicious rotisserie chicken—tender, flavorful, and always fresh. The service is impressively fast, even during peak hours when the place gets quite busy. Their sides are tasty and complement the chicken perfectly. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get. There’s seating available if you want to dine in, but if you’re not too hungry or prefer a relaxed meal at home, takeout is a great option too. Highly recommended!

For me, it's not worth it , I highly recommend pollo guapos at Herndon Va

The chicken was okay, but didn't really taste charcoal grilled. And the black beans were under seasoned, and the yuca was overcooked. The sauces were on par with other Peruvian restaurants.

Food is amazing but poor customer service

The service is very poor, they need to provide training for employees, common sense and business notions to serve the customer, I have been a customer for many years but lately there are employees who do not have the business sense and prefer to lose a customer than to make them feel good. I go less and less, hoping to find someone with more common sense.
