The freshness of the food is great. Chicken is hot and moist. Sides are plentiful in selection. Portions sizes are generous. The staff is very friendly. I make it a point to visit when I'm in the area. Prices are reasonable for what you get.
The chicken is delicious, perfectly cooked and flavorful. However, the portion of chicken was small. I am 5ft 4in, with small hands compared to others. The 1/4 dark chicken was about half the size of my hand. The yuca was fresh, but plain. The plantain was fresh and delicious.
I recently had an experience at Super Chicken in Sterling that truly showcased their excellent customer service and delicious food. I had mistakenly called the Reston location to place a catering order for a 5:30 PM pick-up, thinking I was contacting the Sterling location. When I arrived at the Sterling location, I discovered there was no order for me. With a 6:00 PM party looming, I was in a bit of a panic.
