We always enjoy going to the only sushi buffet in the leesburg area! The sushi quality and made to order style feels fresh everytime you order. Being able to customize the rolls with no extra charge is a major plus. The service can be slow when its busy, but the food generally justifies the wait. The price has gone up from 22 to 26 which is a bit hefty, but if you can eat alot then it is worth it! Only improvement I would say is the desserts (Bring back the Drumsticks please!!)

Food was OK. Service is fantastic. But the food waste policy is ridiculous. You'll get charged for every single bite of food left. 50 cents PER PIECE of uneaten sushi. My bill was 63 dollars for my son and I, not worth it. We couldn't fully enjoy our food because we were afraid to try things in case we didn't like it. I can understand if there were whole unbeaten rolls, plates of food. But the experience was overshadowed by the thought of taking a chance on new rolls. The hot bar is not great. If I paid 20 bucks less I think I'd be ok with it. But for a 63 dollar meal where we were worried (while eating!) instead of enjoying the food, eh. Won't be going back. Do not recommend.

We have been to Sushi King several times. The restaurant is kept clean, the servers are friendly and attentive, and they have a large Japanese menu with a lot of options along with a modest Chinese buffet and a few premade boba drinks, all of which is included in the regular price of about $30 per person. For anyone who has paid per-roll for sushi, this is a great deal as long as you eat at least three rolls.
That said, their food can be very inconsistent. Most of the time, it is fresh and well-prepared, and they accommodate modifications. It usually comes out quickly. Sometimes, however, like the last time that I ate there, the cuts of fish in the non-specialty rolls are tiny and tough, the sushi is hastily cut so that you get skinny pieces and then pieces that you can barely fit in your mouth, and the ground tuna and salmon can be fishy and not completely fresh.
Since their food is inconsistent, I am giving them 3-stars. If their good days were every day, they would have a solid 4 stars. It's not the fanciest sushi, but it's pretty good. There are also fresh hibachi options (not done at your table). I've never had their hibachi, but a friend did, and it looked pretty good. At the end of the day, I recommend them for non-fancy, affordable sushi that is good....most of the time.

Good place, hot food bar can be a lot better, it’s very simple and nothing really exciting about it, BUT the sushi is good and it’s fresh to order, also the snow crab is good 👍 but you will need to pay extra for it. The price is reasonable if you eat sushi but for the hot food bar Nop, it’s not always fresh and very limited choices

My friend and I come here pretty often, but today we were told that we would be charged for any “excessive” left over food. They have NEVER done this before, and I’m sorry, but 5 pieces of sushi is not excessive. It will be a long time before we ever go back.
