Sweet Frog is always a great experience! The frozen yogurt flavors are delicious, the toppings bar is fresh and well-stocked, and the place is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and patient, especially with kids. The Hot Chocolate Express flavor was especially tasty during the holidays—a perfect seasonal treat. Highly recommend!

Rep was rude and roo busy talking to her friend to help me, the customer I was getting a few cups, by myself, obviously needed lids and a bag and she didn't even offer a lid I had to ask twice No bag, had to repeatedly ask for that too Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service Obvious she needs bigtime training on what customer service is because hers was poor at best

This location is pretty run down. The floors are sticky. The walls are sweaty. All the glass is covered in dirty finger prints. Most of the toppings were wet and stuck together - I couldn’t even scoop any of the chocolate candy bar toppings because they were all a solid wet sticky clump. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

This location is really DIRTY! I never thought of writing a bad review but this place is too much. most of the flavors and the candies were empty. The gummy bears were dirty, I saw hair and black dots on them it is like they were on the floor or something. While we are eating I saw that girl filling the cups and eating from them at the same time with the same gloves. The whole place was dirty I’m so disappointed.

May 28th, around 2:55PM. Extremely disappointed with my visit to SweetFrog. The lady didn’t even greet us, not even a simple hello. The hot fudge was completely empty, and she made no effort to replace it. To top it off, she included the lid in the weight when charging me, which is just wrong. Overall, poor customer service and attention to detail. Definitely won’t be returning.
