Very disappointed at this dessert bar, Not the first time I’ve ever had a Dubai chocolate cup, but I can say this was by far the worst one I have had. The strawberries were not cut into small pieces like they usually are at other places, chocolate had a sour taste to it. Not sure if they used dark chocolate or milk chocolate but it did not taste like sweet like milk chocolate usually does, I called them at 8 o’clock asking them what time they close and I was told on the phone that they don’t take any dessert orders after 8:30 even though their website says 9 PM
Drove hour and a half just to try this place out and will not be coming back and will not be recommending this place to anyone as $40 for a smoothie, a chocolate bar , Dubai chocolate cup and nothing tasted good at all. I was looking forward to the dubai choc cup, But it was nothing but whole strawberries, Not good tasting chocolate and a little bit of pistachio sauce

Some of the best buns I've had! But the Ramen was spicy despite not staying so anywhere on the menu

I had high hopes for this place, considering its cute ambiance and decent desserts. However, my experience was disappointing. I ordered toast and two shakes, but the ice cream tasted old. To add insult to injury, when I asked for a cup of water, I was given a measly 2-ounce cup! disappointing! I spent a whopping $50 for such a poor service. I do not recommend this place.

Tzone has great boba!
I tried a couple of different flavors and liked them all. The drinks were refreshing, and the boba had a nice chewy texture. I’ll be back to try more!

EDIT: The roach was in my house ramen soup. I wrote my review right after the incident, not really in my right mind. I'm not asking for anything; I just want other people to be aware!!

I found a roach on my chicken noodles, showed it to the workers, and left. No refund will make it right, so we are just never coming back.

I recently visited Tzone Dessert Bar in Sterling, VA, and while my experience had its highs and lows, it was overall decent. The fruity tea I got was "I Love Tzone". Overall the drink itself was good. I loved the flavor and the freshness of the fruit. Personally I didn't like the boba that they had. It had no flavor overall. Plus the croissant was quite disappointing; it seems over stale and more or less store bought, On the bright side, the service was excellent—prompt and friendly, which really enhanced the visit. I’d be willing to give Tzone another try, hoping for a better dessert next time.

Kindly asked a worker if they could add more sweetener to my tea, she ended up snatching it out of my hands and rolling her eyes at me. Great place for desserts but workers provide terrible customer service.

Parking: Free parking. If unavailable at the front of the store try some in the back there should be plenty but need to walk a min or two extra.

Wheelchair accessibility: Located on ground floor. Wheelchair parking nearby too

I finally made it out here after browsing all the pictures and menus on Yelp. It's a little bit of a tricky spot to find, just look for the cold stone it's next to that. The review is solely based on them not having the drink I wanted and what I actually ended up ordering.

The inside was very inviting with the wall of snacks and knick knacks, then a wall with "love" deco. And the employee greeted us immediately. There are just too many items to choose from for teas, snacks, etc. I originally came here to try the cheese tea, but of course, they were sold out since it's a popular drink.

Now with that being said, I was clueless as to what else I should get. I've already tasted, macarons, croffles, Etc. I ended up getting the croissant with chocolate ice cream since I've never seen that combo before. While hesitantly ordering, I was very confused about how to eat it and asked her. I originally asked her to put the ice cream on the side, but she was insistent on putting it on the croissant. She was actually super nice about the whole thing though, and gave an extra scoop since I was sharing it with someone. That was very generous of her! However I did not really enjoy the chocolate croissant only because it was very hard to eat. The croissant was very tough and we couldn't even cut it with a knife.

If I'm in the area I may return to try the cheese tea.
