Great staff! Very friendly and welcoming and happy to answer any questions. My husband’s friends raved about it so we had to check it out. My husband had the nachos. A generous portion. Spicy for sure! I had the posole and a carne asada taco. The Posole is the best I’ve had in years and loved the taco. Music was upbeat and fun, and they had college sports on so it was a win all the way. Thank you for great service and a wonderful meal!
Great hangout !! Food and drinks were on point. We had the Bamba Burger, Sope (with chicken), and Elote. Food was excellent. Drinks were also good. We sat at the bar.Fabricio and Chad were our bartenders. (The frozen margarita of the month was great).Great serving staff too - all smiles. Excellent customer service and lots of laughs. A gem in the Sterling community. Good job Taco Bamba :)
The best fusion tacos I've eaten, period! I had the Habibi G, Taco Bamba and It's Chiko (Not Cheeko), all regular style. My personal favorite of the three was the Habibi G, but I'd order any of them a second time - all of the proteins were well cooked, the vegetables were fresh, and the sauces I used (Chile Árbol and salsa verde) went well on everything! Will have to come back next time I'm up from Southeast Texas!
