Is there some reason they always have an attitude and can be heard huffing and puffing through the speaker? Literally just pulled up and had most of our order ready to go and they still huffed. Maybe get a new job if this one is too difficult for you or at the very least turn off your mic before you go off to sound so inconvenienced. Its every time too. This isnt even a one off. To the point im changing my review to lower the stars. Its a shame.

The staff are as friendly as they really could be but Taco Bell orders are consistently wrong or come out cold to the touch. LIke with all due respect, this place is ultimately the only Taco Bell/KFC in the area and is clearly kept alive entirely out of convenience at this point.
Like I understand it's my fault for getting a ride through the Taco Bell drive thru at midnight but the fact that I have to air fry my order after my 5minute drive home is kind of depressing likee~

Great service, rarely a line more than 2 at the drive thru and I believe the Chicken Cantina bowls at this location are more substantial than other locations due to franchise ownership.

Get your receipt in this place. I ordered a taco supreme combo, specifically because I wanted the sour cream. They give me the tacos and they're missing the sour cream. So I take it back, and I hear the lady at the counter tell the other one that it's missing sour cream. They have it for a minute, bring it back, and it still has no sour cream! And beyond that, now this time, they're missing the tomatoes! It seems they threw in an extra regular taco, but it was no use.
I was running short on time on my lunch break, so I did not have it to go back yet again. This place is ridiculous. I won't be going back and I do not recommend this place.

Ridiculous Drive Thru Staff!! Yesterday Night I came for some Jalapeño Ranch Nacho Fries and I had a hard time reading the sign and so when I ordered “Nacho Fries” and received the “wrong” item, I tried to complain to the staff who proceeded to cuss me out and call me a plethora of curse words and insulting my ability to read! I can’t believe this, they should at least try to explain the problem before getting so aggressive!
