I just picked up a veggie Mexican pizza. It was bad like 11/10. Oil used was so stale that the whole pizza tasted bitter. I have had bad oil experience in the past but thought may br they improved. I guess bad practices stay bad.

I really like eating here, this is the best KFC branch in this area, the food is always new, in many other places I often eat cold food. They serve very quickly, taking 4-5 minutes to complete your order. I highly recommend everyone to try here.

First thing when you go to drive thru give your order screen is not working its been 3 years there drive thru screen not working and they never make your correct order even you pay Extra for extra sauce or extra chicken or extra beef they don’t put any extra chicken or sauce in there. I have to came back several times to fix my order. Where is Taco Bel and Virginia worst service never make your food correct and I guess this is corporate store don’t go to the store, their Taco Bell and KFC combine please don’t go to the store

Not only Taco Bell has become so expensive (no complaints about that because it is across the board), but this branch is so cheap. Every taco is so anemic, it's like half the meat, half the cheese, it is so thin that is so pathetic. I also ordered a deluxe nix and the burrito has become almost like a taquito.

Absolute worst Taco Bell/KFC I've ever been to. Can't give less than 1 star or I would. Spent 20 mins waiting on my $30 order, see photos. Food was horrible. The chicken tenders look to be 1/2 the size of the photo on the menu. The big box of 5 tenders is a joke for $15!!? The fries were soggy and tasted stale. My Taco Bell bean burrito tasted like the beans were stale, the taco was crushed in the bag, and the beef of another burrito was almost non existent but there was plenty of sour cream. My kids and I had to throw out the food it was so bad. While waiting for our food customers were waiting in line so long they decided to leave. Do everyone a favor and close this location, it's disgusting.

The Taco Bell and KFC websites and also Google Business page states that this Taco Bell/KFC location is supposed to be open until 1AM but they always close at midnight or just before midnight. They need to stay open until 1AM or update their hours. The wait times at this location is also super super long! You can take a nap or read a book while waiting for your order to be prepared.
