This place is pretty good when it comes to anything that's not boba. The boba is usually good, but I'm pretty sure they dilute the drinks with water whenever you ask for less ice, which is absolutely awful. I got a Taro milk tea with less ice because I hate the way drinks taste when they're diluted, and it tastes like how a chemical burn smells. Literally just put in less ice, it's not that hard. If people get annoyed that the cups don't look full, just tell them it's because there's less ice. Putting water into a milk tea is absolutely despicable and I'd rather get less of the drink if it means I could actually enjoy it.

The best pho I've had in a long time, and I consider myself a bit of a pho fanatic. I love the slight al dente noodles with piping hot broth. Their fried egg rolls and grilled pork rolls are also super delicious. I also had the opportunity to try their grilled pork rice dish and bun bo hue. Everything I've tried here are exceptionally good. This is my new go-to spot and I dont think that'll change any time soon.

Very busy, popular restaurant across from NOVA college. Great sandwiches and Vietnamese flan. Staff was very friendly despite being busy.

Got a couple milk tea’s but requested light ice as they fill it up way too much otherwise. They did follow the instruction, but it seems like they added a crap ton of water to compensate, It tasted like watered down black tea.
