I really like this place. They got good flavors, drinks are pretty customizable, different milk options. And my favorite part is they're open decently late !!!

There was seating in the dining area where one of us sat on a chair and it broke immediately after sitting down, the wooden leg snapping back and the person I was with fell on the floor and against the window, hitting herself against the chair and wall and almost hitting her head on the window sill. The fall caught the attention of the other customers and workers on the other side of the building. When we brought it to the attention of the person at the register, Kira, she just repeated “what”, ignoring what we were telling her, and asked us to order at the kiosk (we already had; this was after we had ordered and sat down to wait). We explained we ordered already but were letting her know what happened and she showed no concern or urgency to take the chair away for others to not use. We weren’t expecting a refund or anything, but she didn’t ask how the customer was after the fall or offer ice, and again, left the chair in the dining area. It wasn’t until after we received the drinks (15 minutes after bringing it to her attention) that we told her we wanted the information of the manager and her name, that she did anything about the situation. We saw that once we left the building, that was when she went to investigate the chair.

Love the Thai Iced Tea @ TeaDM. They were out of it today and tried the Mango Thai tea which was also good 😋

They have an amazing “Buy 4 Get 1 free Deal” for anyone who wants to stock up on their bobba cravings! I like the convenience of the self-ordering kiosk that they have. Go check this place out!

Fast and delicious drinks. Boba is great, the coffee is great and the smoothies are great. My personal favorite as a dark coffee no sugar type of guy is the sea salt rtd one. I personally don't stir it or shake it, I like to move my straw up and down, sipping some straight coffee and then switching up to the creamy milk at the top. Service is fast and nice.

Great bubble tea in a place with lots of seating, lots of parking, and even outdoor seats with a view of the busy road. My drink was made promptly and the staff were friendly. There are three touchscreen menus to order from, so you can take your time and order without feeling awkward at the counter.

Must try coffee. My favorite is Vietnamese ice coffee. It's so strong and gives me energy for the whole day. A bit expensive...not really because it is as strong as two-3 cups of Starbuck or something else. You can wait for 15-20 minutes for the ice to melt a bit, shake it up and enjoy it.
I come here at least 1 per week with my family to enjoy real coffee. Love it.

I normally really like this place, but unfortunately I have to give a poor review since I found a fingernail in my drink today! I was lucky enough to realize something was wrong before I swallowed it, but it was pretty disgusting to say the least and ruined my appetite. As someone who works in the food industry, please encourage wearing gloves before someone less fortunate gets hurt!!

The food was delicious and the employees were prompt and friendly. Easy-to-read menu and user-friendly food ordering. Will come back again I highly recommend this restaurant.

It’s so bussin on the daily. i stay sippin teadm wock while playing with my pop it. make sure to ask for some cheeky sauce and they’ll serve on foenem goofy grave. and to the asian boy who served me KEEP DOIGN WHAT UR DOING WE LOVE TO SEE THE GRIND!

Very poor customer service, Will never come here again.
