My friend and i got a sandwich here. The egg was ice cold on both sandwiches while everything else was warm. Not acceptable for a 5 dollar breakfast sandwich.

This is a matcha disaster.
Asked for a stronger than usual matcha latte with more powder, but what I received was literally milk with barely any hint of matcha flavor. Feeling scammed right now

My wife and I love coming to the human bean for a poolside until today.
The lady at the drive through was rude and while I appreciate her trying to make jokes when we asked for a moment to look at the menu she sounded annoyed. When we were ready to order I ordered what I usually order. A 32oz poolside with light ice. They have NEVER had a problem with my order however today she suggested I order a 24oz instead. I said no thank you id like my regular 32oz with light ice and I was handed a 32oz cup with about 2 and a half in of empty space.
I am incredibly frustrated as I have never had this issue and the staff member was incredibly rude to me when I was frustrated.

I try to avoid the big brand coffee places. This is a favorite small business...and the employees are always fun. The drinks are good. They have a big variety of sugar free flavors...and can we talk about the chocolate covered espresso beans?!

The staff is friendly and helpful, especially when suggesting drinks. Fruit smoothies made with real fruit puree and ice cream are also available. Service is fast, and the drive-thru is convenient. A complimentary chocolate-covered coffee bean can be a delightful surprise!
