I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I called to place an order and was told over the phone that I could still place an order even though they were about to close, as long as it was before 10 PM. I said okay and asked for a moment, but the call was ended. When I called back, a different employee answered and told me I was not allowed to place an order at all. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially since I was already told I could order. If you’re closing, that’s fine—but don’t give customers conflicting information. Show open till 2am

I went there with my sister recently. The food was ok, but there was a server that was extremely rude. Her name is Mary she seemed very inconvenienced when asked for silverware. We waited for 20 minutes while she was chatting on her phone. Do not go to that establishment. Save yourself the pain.

I had lunch here at the recommendation from a colleague, and I was really happy with it! Our waitress Francine was helpful and attentive. The food was spiced and cooked well. The bar and drink options looked extensive, and it looks like a really nice place to hang out in the evening. I'll have to come back and verify!

Típicos Los Amigos has a solid selection of Hispanic dishes, and everything always tastes great. But the real highlight is Mary. She’s an outstanding server—friendly, professional, and always on top of everything. She checks in often, makes sure drinks are never empty, and pays close attention to every detail. You can tell she works hard and genuinely cares about the customers’ experience. Mary is a big part of why I enjoy coming here. Highly recommend!

Típicos Los Amigos has an amazing variety of Hispanic food, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The flavors are authentic, fresh, and always hit the spot. I also want to give a special shout-out to our server, Mary. Her service is exceptional and truly professional. She’s always attentive, works incredibly hard, and consistently makes sure customers are satisfied with both their drink orders and their food. Mary really helps make the dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place!
