wow, $10 plus for a smoothie now sad to say with tariffs this place is good but for $10 a smoothie I'll never come back

Yesterday me and my husband went to order smoothies when there was no one besides us and one other person. We waited there for a good 25 minutes and nothing. My husband asked for the smoothies and still we didn't get them. Never have we had this issue with other Tropical Smoothie locations but at this location the employees did not attend us so we had to go.

Was so sad the entire summer All I wanted to try was the mango monsoon it was advertised on their mega poster. I went over five times since seeing the poster during the summer each time they proceeded to tell me they were out. Every single time. How ? And it was the same employees I kept seeing. I understand I could go to a different location but this is within walking distance of my home so it’s perfect for me. Then I went back to just get a sunrise sunset since they had removed the poster for mango monsoon and payed for extra mango in my smoothie and they gave me the regular one. I could tell cause the boy who was taking my order wasn’t even finished and the second employee is already blending my drink off to the side. It wasn’t until the end I asked for extra mango and my drink was already in the cup.

Bought a peanut butter paradise yesterday. The worst peanut paradise I Ever had from tropical smoothie, the drink was completely watered down,no taste at allllllll. Everybody can't make those drinks period!, will Never patronize that shop againAnd they were madddddd slow

The ladies that work in the morning, especially on Fridays are amazing! Great smoothies, great customer service!

Amazing smoothies

Last visit was April 22 and while doing some work at close by Office Depot decided to try it again. Forgot it was going the opposite way to Ashburn otherwise I probably would have ordered from One Loudoun location but traffic wasn’t bad and I remembered it was close to Dunkin. Order ready on time. Seemed very clean. Some customers. Nice area to leave ordered drinks. Would recommend.
