I loved the way AJ helped me with my order. He cross-checked everything to make sure it was correct, and without any delay, the food was ready for me. There were no issues at all. The kindness and professionalism he showed are truly appreciable. It was excellent customer service.

I ordered by mobile, there was a boy who gave my orders, he didn't put the tissues, didn't put the spoon, and didn't put stinking straw. Very cheap service.

Food's pretty good and fresh but the service is a little tacky. Sometimes you feel rushed or somebody is new and doesn't understand just customer service. I would suggest use quality over a quantity guys .. I hope this helps

I approach the drive through to order 3 kids sized vanilla frostys. The associate responds “you order food too?” I replied, “No, just 3 kid sized vanilla frostys please.” She again responds, “you order food, you get 3 junior frostys for free.” I said, “excuse me?” She then asks me to pull forward to the second window, where I once again asked for just 3 junior vanilla frostys. 😵‍💫

What?? Holy cow… tell me your business is struggling without telling me it’s struggling.

Also.. $2.59 for one junior frosty?? I’ll stick to chick-fil-a next time.

Good service. The location is good and right off of loudoun county parkway. Food is usually pretty consistently meh. Prices are low, and decent food.

This Wendy’s has gone down the drain. Sharing my experience with a KARLA I assume maybe the manager? Screamed at me for asking for 2 BBQ packets, mind you I purchased 4 meals and only received 2 initially! She screamed at me for asking for 2 more when I only had 2 to start with! Never in my life have seen such behavior from a “Manager” this is by far a wake up call. I spend so much money at this location per month! I’m always using my app, rewards to feed 7 people.. I will no longer support this location. I’ll take the extra 5 minutes and go to stone ridge. Wendy’s Dulles, you officially lost a minimum of $400 per month from my family over 2 BBQ packets. Thank you Karla.

This afternoon I went through the drive-thru, and I was rushed the entire time, but I was the only one in line. Very rude service, and my order was not correct. At least can my order be correct, if I have to deal with a nasty attitude. Never again!

I buy chocolate frosties at all Wendy's. It is the only food that I like from this chain. This past Sunday, I bought a frosty for the special price of $1. When I checked my bank account that evening, the posted amount was for $57. I went in the next Tuesday and showed the manager my bank statement. He got on the phone, talked with someone and they tracked down the error. I was given a full refund. I am very grateful that the manager and his staff were attentive in tracking down the issue. The manager gave me a free chocolate frosty for my trouble which was a nice touch!
