Ordered food for an office luncheon. Pork belly bites were delicious, smoked pork and smoked chicken were pretty good but the sides missed the spot unfortunately. Beans were ok, coleslaw was on the salty side and the Mac and cheese was dry and tasteless. I hope it was just an off day. Hopefully they improve on their sides.
A weekend or so back, I attended the Purcellville Music & Arts Festival, which was held in the Fireman's Field park, if memory serves correct. We used them for a party and the food was amazing! They use good quality meat, not a lot of fat. Their sauce is so tasty! We paid a little extra to have them deliver it and set it up. Everything was excellent! Highly recommend!
