STOP is very appropriate for this place. Your life will STOP much longer than it should when ordering from this place. The amount of time you have to wait for your food is absolutely insane. We arrived with the store completely empty and we had to wait 30 mins for a very simple order for 3 people. They blamed a catering order for slowing everything down. I counted at least 8 employees working. The failure to balance more than one order at a time is quite sad with 8 people working. Good wings but BRUTALLY slow.

Went there on February 1st around 7:15pm the front guy that was working was extremely rude to everyone. Very loud and kept using the store phone and it sounded like he was on the phone with a friend. Very disrespectful to the doordashers and people that mobile ordered. Just all together acted like they were an inconvenience to his day

Disappointed that this, pictures attached, qualified as a wing. Also it seemed that maybe they were running low on the dry rub I ordered as the wings were basically ‘naked’. Hopefully an anomaly because they were busy, or something…

It was good but when i got it my food seemed a little bland and cold but that was mostly due to it being delivered so it took longer but Wingstop is good so it's fine

Very pleased with our first visit to Wing Stop! We had classic and boneless wings, with Korean and Mango Habanero sauces, both delicious. The boneless which were meaty and tender. The veggies were fresh and crisp (carrots and celery), and the ranch is so good! Will definitely be returning!

I had a terrible experience today when I placed an order on Uber Eats and picked it up. The general manager, Louis, refused to give us the order even after showing him the order number and my name. He was very disrespectful and yelled at us to leave. He threatened to cancel my order and served the customers behind me. Even though they were not in a hurry, he made us wait and started laughing. When he slammed the food on the counter, I told him that this was not how customers should be treated. I contacted Uber Eats and reported his behavior. The food we ordered was for a needy family, and it was so disappointing to be treated this way. I will continue to pursue this complaint until it is resolved. As a business owner, I had high expectations from Wingstop when it comes to hiring people with excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experience with one of their employees was very disappointing. Several customers were present and agreed to speak as witnesses regarding the matter. To make matters worse, the entire incident was caught on camera and the employee seemed indifferent to the fact that his actions were being recorded.

Missing 8 out of 20 wings with some smaller than a chicken nugget. Fries are soggy too after requesting them well done.

Not my favorite place. Staff is rude, kitchen is dirty, food all over the floor, some guy working there kept sneezing around the food and coughing in his hand never washed them and proceeded to touch items and bag them up. I will NEVER eat here!

I would definitely avoid this location at all cost. Had to wait to receive an online order for over 1 hour and 30 mins for my order to be ready. The staff aren’t properly trained and their customer service skills are horrible. When I asked to cancel my order was told that I would have to wait till they closed to get a refund for my order. They hang up the phone when you call multiple times. Wings were undercooked and got food poisoning the following day. Contacted Corporate about the horrible experience and only received a $5 gift card and explanation that the store would be contacted.

Me and my sister were dining in and we saw two little girls walk in to order food. They looked about 7-10 years old and they waited by the front desk area for their food. One of the employees named Fahad asked how old they were and the little girls said they were 14. He proceeded to compliment them and call them “fine”. They looked super uncomfortable and left in a hurry. It made us uncomfortable listening to that conversation. It is not okay to hit on minors. He has a full beard and looks to be in his 20’s. I would not be okay with a grown man hitting on my little girls.

Food pickup for Uber drivers is to wait in the checkout line as opposed to having a place to pick up. This seems like a poor reaction to order theft which is certainly a concern, but it bottlenecks somewhere, and judging by the piles of bags on the counter, this policy has backfired on their pickups.
