YamaChen's Sushi

Absolutely the best dinner experience I've ever had! The environment was absolutely amazing. We had a party and the area they sat us in was so perfect. Everything from appetizers, to the entree, and desert was so delicious and beautiful. Service was amazing. They even had a live piano player which was excellent. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a special night out. Thank you YamaChen for a great night.

If this was out of 10, I’d give it a 3. Decent service since they were polite and gave a free cheesecake, even though it tasted so bad we couldn’t take more than one bite.

The food wasn’t very good but also wasn’t so bad it’s inedible. We got 3 rolls, a chicken yakisoba, and miso soups. None of the rolls tasted fresh nor were they very flavorful. The yakisoba was dry and also lacking any flavor.

My favorite sushi restaurant. Quality is great and the service is even better. It feels like I’m with family every time and I been there about 5 times. The value is absolutely unmatched. You get edamame, spring rolls and a chocolate or cheese cake bite after every meal. The atmosphere is great as well. Cannot recommend enough.

I ordered rainbow sushi and dragon roll. They were the worst sushi i ever ate. Dragon roll was just full of unagi sauce, eel was overseasoned and the avocado tasted blah. The salmon, tuna and imitation crab in the rainbow roll all tasted like rubber. Made me feel like my money was not valued at all.

The service was excellent the food was delicious the waitress explained everything. Making sure I knew the broth was pork in the ramen. Will be back.

The space is beautiful! Seating and atmosphere made a great first impression. The service was outstanding; our waitress was perfectly attentive. We ordered the Spider III roll, Earthquake roll, and Christmas Tree roll. All of them were delicious (especially the Spider III). Husband and I will definitely be back.

Not sure if it's like this all the time, or at the other locations, but the seaweed on the sushi and in the rolls was inedible. It was chewy and did not break down while chewing at all. We had to eat around it, and we both spit it out.

Everything else we had that didn't have seaweed was fine, but seeing as how we came here to get sushi and rolls, it was most of what we ate. We will come back to try the Ramen bowls as those looked interesting. The sake selection wasn't huge, but what we had was good.
