Vocelli Pizza

I love love love Vocellis!! There pizza is amazing!! (Better than dominos in my opinion?) All the employees are so nice!! Just a wonderful place!

Kid-friendliness: If I bring my kid they even sometimes give us 2 free cookies!! How sweet!! I have twins so it's perfect?

So we never tried Vocelli pizza before. We usually get Dominos and or Pizza Hut. Papa johns, maybe. But we wanted to try Vocelli pizza this time. So i gave them a call and talked to the manager, Bik. He was really nice and since it was our first time, he gave us the best deals. Moving forward, the Pizza came in on time. My family thought it was delicious! Actually better than dominos and pizza hut. Moving forward, Vocelli is what we will be ordering!

I had been sick, called and ordered a Garlic Spinachi pizza, and asked the employee who answered the call if I could please park outside the shop and have the pizza brought out to me. Young man said “of course!”, and did so…. I went back again today, ordered same pizza, but picked it up. Both pizzas were FABULOUS, best I’ve ever had, and the customer service was as well. The manager, “Bik”, was so friendly and helpful. Vocellis Aldie is my first choice now!!!!????☺️

Tried this pizza place for lunch. Ordering was a little abrupt. The wait time was normal. The quality of the food was average, not great. We don't see a return trip in our future.

They were so helpful and gave us free cookies Both times that we have picked up pizza from there.They even brought the pizza all the way out to my car.When I ordered a whole bunch of it and help me put it in the car.The manager is very nice.Their pizza is always really good as well. i've never had any issues with ordering or picking up or the freshness of the pizza. I give them more than 5 stars if I could

We’ve ordered takeout from this place multiple times, as there’s no seating available. The service is pretty quick. We’ve tried the deluxe, spring veggie, garlic spinaci, and buffalo chicken pizzas—my favorites were the deluxe and spring veggie. The garlic rolls with marinara sauce are a must-try. On one of our visits, we even received complimentary house-made cookies which were great. They also offer pastas, we tried the pesto chicken which was good, the garlic bread on side was super delicious. I would definitely order again.

The manager at the stone ridge vocelli pizza Store was no help in regard's to an incident that had occurred with their pizza in their parking lot. My son had gone in to pick up the pizza and as he had tried to open the car door, one of the flaps we’re not in so the pizza had slid out. My son was too nervous to walk in and talk to the store manager so he had asked me to do it instead. After explaining the event, the manager showed no insight and no solution was given. He said due to store policy nothing will be done, all I received was a “have a good day.” I then offered to bring in the whole pizza to show all the slices were still there. He still said the same thing. All I wanted was a replacement or refund, nothing more than what I had paid for. Worst experience ever. Zero customer service skills as far as answering the phone goes at this location.
