This Wendy’s is absolutely terrible I’ve made multiple orders here it’s always wrong they refuse to change it I’m Muslim they purposely give me pork (maybe because they are Hindu ) and when I ask for my sauce they refuse to
Give it they gave me something I’m allergic to I asked them if it has my allergy they persisted I could eat it and I ate it I am going to press charges I am on the works of talking to Mt lawyer

I feel like this place came under new management a couple of years ago, and it's been awful ever since. It always seems chaotic in there, always problems with orders, and always some issue with the food. Today, I finally decided to write a review after a 14-year-old handed me the large frosty that I ordered in a cup where only 2/3 of it was filled, then shut the window on me. Glad I paid the extra money for the large so that I could receive a small. Just stay away; there's another Wendy's a couple of miles away off of Loudoun County Parkway.

Decent location. Always drive thru so I can’t say how clean it is inside. My one issue is that for the last couple months or so they seem to be making everyone pull up and then they are bringing out the orders. I feel like this is so they can make it seem like they are completing orders faster than they actually are. They never seem to take all that long so I’m not sure why they are doing this but it’s kinda annoying because they just hand the orders over and leave so if you have an issue or you’re missing something you have to go in or drive thru again.

I stopped going to McDonald’s and Burger King over a year ago because of poor service, and I’m officially adding Wendy’s to that list.
I kept Wendy’s around longer because I thought the food was better than the others, but the service has become unbearable — specifically regarding condiments. It has become a constant frustration to receive my order without being offered ketchup or other condiments, forcing me to ask every single time. I even started buying ketchup at the store just to avoid the aggravation.
Tonight was the last straw. After asking for ketchup again at the drive-thru, the cashier actually told me I should mention ketchup when placing my order next time so it can be tracked in their inventory system. So not only do employees not offer condiments, but now I’m expected to bring it up early so it can be logged for “packet tracking.” That is absurd, insulting, and a perfect example of putting petty cost-cutting policies over basic customer service.
Meanwhile, I’ve found better alternatives. BurgerIM near my home serves fresher food at about the same price, never gives me cold fries, and — imagine this — they use common sense and ask if I’d like condiments based on my order. They even included a $5 coupon in my bag on a recent visit. If they can offer thoughtful service, why can’t Wendy’s, McDonald’s, or Burger King?
With prices climbing so much, I can also get Korean, Thai, or Indian food for the same price as a Wendy’s meal — and the experience is consistently better. Being told I need to “plan ahead” just to get ketchup, while still paying premium prices for cold fries, is ridiculous.
Contrast this with Taco Bell and Chick-fil-A: they don’t take their customers for granted. Every time I visit, the service is respectful, the food is hot, and condiments are offered without me begging for them as the drive-thru window shuts in my face.
I don’t believe for a second that Wendy’s leadership is unaware of this stinginess with condiments, but I want to make it clear: I will never visit Wendy’s again. Just like McDonald’s and Burger King, you’re on my permanent “never” list now.
Your focus on tracking ketchup packets for bonuses or cost savings shows how far Wendy’s has drifted from valuing its customers. It’s not business — it’s penny-pinching, short-sighted, and disrespectful.

Pretty much ruined their dine in business with their catering to delivery orders. Dinner at Wendy’s? Don’t bother. You’ll stand at the counter waiting for anyone to acknowledge you and take your order. Stood there for 10 mins while they looked on and scrambled together uber and door dash orders. That’s all that showed on their order status screen. We were behind two other people waiting to order. They had been there a while. We left and went to Popeyes.

Ordered with no tomato to avoid getting a burger that’s been sitting there for awhile. I guess that means tomato.

I ordered a Dave’s single last night and this is what I got🤷♂️
Just stopped at this location during my work hrs to grab lunch quickly. Opened food at jobsite incorrect gave me jr burger instead of a baconater and regular chicken nuggets covered in bbq instead of the glazed chicken nugs in the pic. and then implied I should drive back to swap out like I have time for that. I was scammed! Dont go to this Wendy's they like to scam people.
