This Starbucks is connected to a very large gas station that also has a Subway. The drive-thru was closed and you have to go in to order. They have 3 tables for seating and its very small. The Starbucks is very clean with about 5 staff working. They were friendly and working together. Just wish the drive thru was open but they are so busy, probably can't handle it. Also this location is right off the highway. Had to wait a total of about 8 min after ordering to get pastry...
I am a regular Starbucks customer, and this location was a great representation of the Starbucks brand. The customer service was great, the food tasted as expected, and my espresso order was strong. As this location is right off the highway, it is a busy location, especially during peak hours. So, ordering through the APP is a perfect option to have your order when you get there, and you can be on your way ASAP.
Customer beware, this Starbucks is within a travel plaza - prices are jacked up due to the monopoly they have in this location, being in a rest stop in an otherwise isolated region - similar to how airport coffee shops have inflated prices.
