I am a regular Starbucks customer, and this location was a great representation of the Starbucks brand. The customer service was great, the food tasted as expected, and my espresso order was strong. As this location is right off the highway, it is a busy location, especially during peak hours. So, ordering through the APP is a perfect option to have your order when you get there, and you can be on your way ASAP.
Customer beware, this Starbucks is within a travel plaza - prices are jacked up due to the monopoly they have in this location, being in a rest stop in an otherwise isolated region - similar to how airport coffee shops have inflated prices.
Super clean and the Pumpkin spice latte was excellent. Customer Service lots of talking and slow as molasses serving us and other customers which I noticed even serving a simple coffee.
