We stopped here heading back home to NC from friends out of state. I wasn't expecting much as it's connected to a gas station. We mostly stopped because my child with autism was willing to try their fries for the first time. The manager here went above and beyond for us. I did not even realize he was the manager at first because he was out sweeping the floor and cleaning the eating area when we came in. I'm positive he was the manager as his outfit was different from all the other workers. He was very patient and considerate. He was this way before I even mentioned my child having autism. The only reason it was mentioned was because they were out of the one thing I knew said child would eat outside of possibly the fries. It was nice to be treated so well, even prior to my child's difference being brought up. It made a long drive home slightly better, especially when it would be easy to be grumpy during the holiday season. Merry Christmas and thank you.

The person who is working drive through has the headset on but doesn't want to do her job. If I was the manager I would highly recommend firing her for not simply doing her job....

The customer service from Nicole, Houston and Shaniya was excellent! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious—exactly what you want when stopping at Wendy’s at 8:30pm. Everything came out quickly and was made just right. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nicole the manager and the awesome working staff Shaniya and Houston was very well manner and there service was amazing when I went in to get food at 830pm on Sunday Sept. 14 2025. I recommend everyone go see them so you enjoy thr experience.
