The customer service from Nicole, Houston and Shaniya was excellent! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious—exactly what you want when stopping at Wendy’s at 8:30pm. Everything came out quickly and was made just right. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nicole the manager and the awesome working staff Shaniya and Houston was very well manner and there service was amazing when I went in to get food at 830pm on Sunday Sept. 14 2025. I recommend everyone go see them so you enjoy thr experience.

I’m glad they don’t discriminate against the mentally impaired in their hiring process, but maybe they could keep the actually competent people running the kitchen? Food was good.

Tried to place an online order. Went to the drive-thru to pick it up and the guy said he didn't have it so we had to come in and talk to the manager. We went in and saw a crazy line of people waiting for food and waiting to order food. So we just canceled our order and moved on. Gu at the drive-thru was just standing there and not really helping do anything else. Avoid if you're in a hurry going down 95.

2nd time at this Wendy's. Probably my last. Very slow. Out of everything. Out of coffee on a Sunday morning..come on now. No cheese. No egg

I used the mobile app with Apple Pay to order food for myself and my husband. We pulled up to the drive thru and the cashier was arguing with me that I still had to pay. I told them I had paid and even shows them the pending charge on my credit card. They said “no you didn’t it’s still pending.” Anyone with a card should know all chargers show pending before going through. I then told them to cancel my order because I was not paying twice (which would have been $80 total). They said they could do that so I left. I ended up getting charged anyway for the food I didn’t get (keep in mind they said I hadn’t paid). I have been waiting for the manager to contact me so I can get my refund and that hasn’t happened either. So, I am out $40 and never received any food.

They should shut the doors. After waiting 10 mins and asking multiple people if there was anyone to take our order, we find out they were only serving vanilla frostys, we walked out. Service was horrible and resturant was dirty.

They got our order wrong. Put unwanted cheese, and gave me a single instead of a double. Bun was huge

I'm only giving one Star because I can't give zero. I came through the drive thru and they informed me they were switching over to lunch it would be a 12 minute wait. I pulled over to the gas station and pumped some gas to buy time. I pulled back around to the drive thru sat there for roughly 5 minutes before they came on the intercom and said I would have to come inside. Why? Makes no sense. Horrible customer service. Keep driving if you pass them. Not worth the struggle
