It was my and my wife’s first time in Wendy’s and Virginia and the guy with green eyes really helped us pick out a meal and helped up with directions that’s what I call great customer service if I could give it more than 5 stars I would
We stopped here heading back home to NC from friends out of state. I wasn't expecting much as it's connected to a gas station. We mostly stopped because my child with autism was willing to try their fries for the first time. The manager here went above and beyond for us. I did not even realize he was the manager at first because he was out sweeping the floor and cleaning the eating area when we came in. I'm positive he was the manager as his outfit was different...
The customer service from Nicole, Houston and Shaniya was excellent! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious—exactly what you want when stopping at Wendy’s at 8:30pm. Everything came out quickly and was made just right. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!
