Great location, clean and bright inside. Customer Service was top notch! Employee Josh went out of his way to help an elderly lady with a big order, and then provided the same high level of friendly customer service to me! I'm definitely stopping by here on the regular!

Stopped in for food for 4 of us before a long trip and the lady who took our order wasn't speaking clearly, made 2 entrées into meals that we didn't want and didn't verify the order so we didn't know she did that until after we paid for it. Upcharging like that when it wasn't asked for isn't ok and could've been avoided. It wasn't worth the fight when she didn't even act like she cared in the first place. When asked for the cups we knew we paid for (2) because she didn't get them automatically, she didn't give the other 2 cups from the entrees she made into meals.

I ordered a burger and fries to go, I was driving a very long distance and this place was open late and it was available. I stopped to get the food through the drive-through and the person had to run inside to take my order, they were outside chatting with their friends in the parking lot. When I finally got my food and drove away I took a bite and it was the worst burger I have ever taken a bite of. The burger tasted like I was eating a hockey puck, very hard, very dry, just vile. It was so bad I had to just throw it out and grab mcdonalds instead. I would have driven back except I had hours of driving and it was already 11pm. I will never go to this BK on my way past ever again. Unbelievable.

It's hard to really give a fair review. After the old BK burned it was a long time before we came back. So far in four trips one had a really long wait for food (nearly an hour). One trip they met us at the door and said they were closed for remodeling (this was Oct 19). Once after eating the rest of our lunch we were told the milkshake machine was broken so the shakes we were waiting for would not be coming. The last time everything went okay.

Many customers waiting 15 minutes or more for service. I felt bad for the one worker I saw that was making sandwiches! No one at the front counter taking orders. No one at drive-thru window. 3 groups left at the same time we did. Please management, hire some people.
