They never get your order right they mistreat there newer employees and a shift leader I believe is Alyssa is very very rude to newer employees from what I’ve seen she sits back while they are in a rush with no help and she gives a lot of attitude when you ask them to fix your drink I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to the next Dunkin' I’ve given too many chances.

Can't believe how the little girl with the glasses to big for her face in their every morning doing NOTHING,stands there and talks down to and let's that poor old lady struggle to count change and check a line out of 10 people while she sips on her hot chocolate. She has to be related or doing weird favors for the owner. Because I've finally had it after a few months watching this! And I won't stop with just this review after this last time talking down to that older lady in front of customers. WHILE NEVER DOING ANYTHING TO HELP! JUST STANDS THERE!

It’s like a toss up if they are doing food or not. Some of the employees a rude. Overall it is frustrating just do food don't be lazy.
I stop by here quite often for a frozen coffee and the entire staff is always so friendly and attentive. They have some very busy mornings with donuts, pickup orders, etc. but the team appears to coordinate work very well together.

Fantastic! We were stuck in Dunkins Express hell and couldn't find a normal dunkins to get our food at. Food was the dunkins standard, and the employees were super nice. We got the extra frozen coffee from the blender in a little cup along with the drink we ordered. They were out of munchkins and gave us an extra donut because of it. A beacon of hope on the highway for anyone traveling from Mass.
Excellent coffee brewed to order. Hazelnut and other unsweetened flavors are exceptional. One of the counter girls looks just like Julianne Moore from 20 years ago.
