My family and I very rarely eat fast food. But this morning we just needed something quick and easy so we came to the strasburg McDonald's and the service was amazing and the food was all correct and prompt. The front cashier Ashley Fisher was very sweet and accommodating. I actually had a real convo with her, which with the hustle and bustle of people nowadays, doesn't come by very often. So that was very nice!! Great experience all around!!!

This place is an absolute joke. Orders are ALWAYS WRONG. Don't dare order anything with bacon because you'll never get it and they don't know the difference between regular and deluxe either so sandwiches are always missing lettuce and tomatoes. This is a long ongoing problem that's been brought to their attention no shortage of times. They're incompetent, don't hold any of their workers to any standards and clearly never will. It's obvious that management and ownership are checked out and just don't care. Do yourself a favor and head a town over to another McDonald's, or go across the street to Burger King.

When getting my bag from the drive thru both boxes of fries were out in upside down and when trying to fix it so they don't fully dump they emptied to the bottom of the bag and trying to grab them and put them back into the boxes resulted in burning my hand forcing me to just leave it until I got home resulting in them to get cold from sitting out like that.

I placed an order through the McDonald’s mobile app using a combination of earned rewards points and out-of-pocket payment. After arriving at the location and entering my spot number for curbside pickup, I was met by a staff member who informed me that the store was closed — in the middle of the afternoon! No notice on the app, no signage, nothing.
What followed was a frustrating back-and-forth with McDonald’s corporate just to get my money refunded. Eventually, they agreed and offered a complimentary coupon as an apology… but that never showed up either.
This experience was a complete waste of time and left a really bad impression. If McDonald’s wants to push mobile ordering and loyalty points, they need to ensure locations are properly updated in the app — and that promises to customers are followed through.
They didn’t include several things I asked for. Even tho I payed for it. Did not give me one of the drinks, didn’t put the right amount of chicken nuggets? Didn’t put the sauce or the extra fries in kids meal. It’s a ripoff to pay and extra 10 dollars for this to not get it
My experience was great, actually. Food was hot food was fast service was polite they actually put ketchup in the bag and napkins... Believe it or not drinks tasted great. The store is a staple in the chain.
