Kiosk let's you order a latte. Then someone comes out asking if I want a refund for my latte. No I don't. I want my latte. Apparently the machine to make it isn't working and no one told me that. Avoid this and the Burger King at this exit. No customer service.

So, I rarely eat here. And, only when I am already in the area. Definitely when Im not in a hurry because they are slow inside.
But every time is not a good experience. I typically use the kiosk to order. I never get a receipt from the kiosk, and the order is never delivered to the table. Its always put on the counter, no number called and I have no proof it is my order.
Recently they now have a password on the Wifi and its not posted anywhere. Pretty sure thats against mcdonalds corporate policy. My Medium Orange juice is usually more like a slightly above a small.
My family and I very rarely eat fast food. But this morning we just needed something quick and easy so we came to the strasburg McDonald's and the service was amazing and the food was all correct and prompt. The front cashier Ashley Fisher was very sweet and accommodating. I actually had a real convo with her, which with the hustle and bustle of people nowadays, doesn't come by very often. So that was very nice!! Great experience all around!!!

This place is an absolute joke. Orders are ALWAYS WRONG. Don't dare order anything with bacon because you'll never get it and they don't know the difference between regular and deluxe either so sandwiches are always missing lettuce and tomatoes. This is a long ongoing problem that's been brought to their attention no shortage of times. They're incompetent, don't hold any of their workers to any standards and clearly never will. It's obvious that management and ownership are checked out and just don't care. Do yourself a favor and head a town over to another McDonald's, or go across the street to Burger King.
