20241214 I stopped here to get some McDs, and the food was hot! Yummm... The restroom in the market is pretty clean. 20240929 This is located in the gas station. The [slightly bigger] lady who helped me was real nice. I was looking for Crocs #6 and #8, and unfortunately, #8 was sold out. Being at this location made me realize that all the McDs that I have visited in Northern VA employed all Hispanics. It might be language or culture barrier; services are not consistent amd often lacking. This location is more diversed, and service was friendly and helpful.

I’m a local, the only reason I go to this McDonald’s is when my son wants a happy meal every other week or so. The drive-they…It doesn’t matter if there is no one in front of you in line or if there are 10 cars in front of you, it’s a 15-20 minute wait. 95% of the time it’s an incredibly long wait with such a low number of customers in line it makes no sense. I’ve tried doing the order ahead curbside thing, that just takes even longer lol I don’t leave reviews but this McDonalds is so reliably slow, I just had to say something. Also, most of the time you will have to pull up to wait for your food, they will never give you the freaking sauces you asked for when they do this. I promise there will not be a single sauce in the bag, I’ve seen it reliably for years. It’s almost like they do it on purpose like it says the damn sauces on the receipt with all the other food.. figure it out ffs. That being said, rarely do they get your order wrong, I always get a bag full of what I ordered (sans said sauces). Pretty standard cookie cutter McDonald’s food. The staff is always friendly and they never seem to mind going back in to get my sauces. Lmao This could be a top tier McDonalds, they just need to pick up the pace already. Overall, still enjoyable to eat here. The addition of a third drive through window has been really nice. Almost too much of the parking has been used for mobile order pickup spots. There's always bushes that block my view of the road a bit when I'm pulling out which has annoyed me for 10+ years.

They open and close whenever, never following their schedules an they're always rude. Literally there are 4 close by that won't make you pull into the parking lot with 10 others to wait on the simplest things. I just showed up, they're open during their signed open hours and 2 workers in the parking lot yell "wE'rE ClOsEd" so they could finish their cigarettes. If a restaurant could be a trailer park in akron. This is it.
