Prices at this store are for some reason higher then other Taco Bells in NOVA region. They also stopped serving Taco Bell's superior (to most fast food) breakfast menu so reasons to go there are minimal these days.
Also, they have a habit of making you wait at the speaker so that drive thru times are on the customer and not them. Poor service all around.

if i could rate it no stars i would. this taco bell has ignorant employees who couldn’t be bothered by customers standing in front of them. my husband went in store and ordered our food. he then stood in the store for over 20 minutes being ignored. meanwhile we have several crying children in the car that now have no dinner. so much for fast food. wasted time that extended our road trip home by great measures. this is my first time ever writing a review, which i think speaks for itself…. no longer a fan of taco bell. thanks for nothing.

Dined in the other night bout 9pm me and a fellow driver, place is dead one car in drive-thru, we stand at the counter for about 5 min and the place has about 6 people in the kitchen 1 on window doing orders, until 1 says counter to another co worker whos actually already working! Few dirty tables, chalupas over done, and place was HOTTTT! AC Anyone...! Tacos were hot, but the meal was delivered very slow for how many people were working. If you have time to talk, you have time to work.
Oh, and fix your tables they wobble worse than a drunkard
Parking: On busy days in Alexandria, it can be hard o find parking..
Kid-friendliness: It's Taco Bell. Kids will eat it.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get in and non permanent chairs, that can be moved .

Do you wonder why the drive thru is slow? It’s because they are trying to scam their drive thru timers. The restaurant gets incentives for short window times so they make you sit and wait at the menu board. This results in like ten minute per car wait at the menu order board. Get it together. This is supposed to be fast food. Worry about serving the customer instead of scamming your drive thru timers!
Only been a few times but very slow service, and order hasn’t ever been right. Very sloppy food and cheese quesadillas barely have any cheese at all. You only taste sauce and tortilla.

I love Taco Bell, and was excited when they built one in my town, but I'm really not happy with the why they use the app. 1st problem is they want to charge u for any substitutes. I don't like refried beans, so I usually get rice instead, but they charge me for it, but they don't take off anything for the beans...2nd problem is they r the only Taco Bell I've been to that makes your food as soon as u order it on the app. So in order to get hot food I have to order it from the parking lot.
