Absolutely loved the food here! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The shrimp and crab were amazing, and you can really taste the quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommend this place if you love good seafood!

My wife and I went to the Museum of Shenandoah Valley and we saw the food truck. My wife had the crab cake and she loved it nice and crispy on the outside and moist inside, I had their 1/4lb Lobster Roll and it was Delicious, way better than Cousins Maine Lobster. Wayne’s Delicious Eats Lobster Rolls are Larger and taste delicious vs his competitors.

Wayne's Delicious Eats is a hidden gem in the valley! Finding quality seafood around here is tough, but I can always count on Wayne's. My go-to is the Lobster Roll — only rivaled by an 11-hour drive to Maine! Highly recommend for seafood lovers.

Made a trip to a brewery once we saw they were going to be serving there - unfortunately they told us at 6:17 that they close at 7 so they were “done” steaming shrimp. They were sold out of lobster rolls, which is understandable, but if you’re open until 7, why not serve your customers until 7? Can’t say anything about the quality of the food since we drove out of our way to try them and didn’t get to.

Went to Barrel oak winery and enjoyed Wayne’s Delicious Seafood . Tried a variety of items from menu. Fried Oysters, Lobster Roll, Coconut Shrimp Hush Puppies and their SENSATIONAL Crab Cakes. Everything was truly Delicious!! Highly Recommend!!!

Eww. Overpriced and not very good. Tiniest amount of lobster I’ve ever seen on a lobster roll. The pics on website are deceiving and who the hell doesn’t give butter with hush puppies. Get it together. 60 bucks to still be hungry.

My wife and I visited Wayne's recently for the first time. It won't be the last, the crab cakes we hot and fresh some of the best we have had. Better than many restaurants, and the price was good. Ypu get what you pay for and here my expectations were exceeded. Thank you for making our food truck experience a great one.

I am from pensacola fl and recently had Wayne's delicious eats. The lobster roll was AMAZING there was so much lobster meat the roll was stuffed. Also, their fresh oysters were soon good, it's hard to believe a food truck can produce such quality and quantity. If you want fresh seafood go see Wayne and his wife the service alone makes you feel like you are at a high end restaurant without the high end prices. Thank you Wayne for some of the best food I've ever haf!

Been getting lobster rolls from Wayne's for a good long while now. There's a reason for that. It's always fantastic and handed over with a smile. Always tender and delicious. I've had lobster rolls from other vendors that have been good, but Wayne's is always still just a notch above. Good crab cake, too!

Let me first say, part of this is my fault for ordering oysters on the half shell, but wanted to caution anyone else to stay away from the oysters here. Clearly previously frozen-they were like old glue and smelt horrible. Huge, warm and covered the whole shell. Had to toss the entire dozen even after I brought them to the owner. The food is very expensive for what you’re getting-the Mac and cheese bites were super dry and from a box mix, the crab cake sandwich was okay but small. The costs are high for the value and quality. The wings were actually really good so maybe stick to that if you order.

I was at the Frederick County Fair and had their Lobster Rolls and Crab Cakes they were the best!

Crabcake was so dry it was hard to eat. The little part in the very center that was still most was actually pretty good but if you want to charge 4 star prices then you should deliver 4 star food. Will not be going back there again.

Five of us got pulled pork sandwiches and 5 orders of coleslaw st the Winery at Bull Run......our cost was over $100 and unbelievably SUB PAR. We waited over an hour to order/get food and they weren't busy.I have almost 25 years experience as professional in the restaurant business. The pulled pork was flavorless, the coleslaw was not fresh made, but from a bucket....no excuse as you can get coleslaw mix snd dressing and prepare it yourself. Seriously have a nerve charging this kind of $$ for junk. Please fix your concept.i would suggest that this excellent Winery arrange for good service with a better provider.

Actually absolutely terrible. Took an hour alone just to place an order. The food was terrible and the pulled pork looked under cooked and boiled. The sides were straight from Costco in individual tubs. This company seriously needs to reconsider their quality standards or just stop and close their business.
