This was the BEST seafood we’ve had in a VERY long time! Everything was delicious!!! Everything was cooked beautifully, and the little hush puppy corn nugget things are like nothing I’ve ever had and I want to buy an entire bucket of them!

Worth the trip, always had a great experience! The lobster rolls are excellent!! Served either hot or cold. Blackened shrimp had plenty of flavor. Truck is clean and neat. Great people. Great service !

Absolutely loved the food here! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The shrimp and crab were amazing, and you can really taste the quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommend this place if you love good seafood!

My wife and I went to the Museum of Shenandoah Valley and we saw the food truck. My wife had the crab cake and she loved it nice and crispy on the outside and moist inside, I had their 1/4lb Lobster Roll and it was Delicious, way better than Cousins Maine Lobster. Wayne’s Delicious Eats Lobster Rolls are Larger and taste delicious vs his competitors.

Wayne's Delicious Eats is a hidden gem in the valley! Finding quality seafood around here is tough, but I can always count on Wayne's. My go-to is the Lobster Roll — only rivaled by an 11-hour drive to Maine! Highly recommend for seafood lovers.

Made a trip to a brewery once we saw they were going to be serving there - unfortunately they told us at 6:17 that they close at 7 so they were “done” steaming shrimp. They were sold out of lobster rolls, which is understandable, but if you’re open until 7, why not serve your customers until 7? Can’t say anything about the quality of the food since we drove out of our way to try them and didn’t get to.

Went to Barrel oak winery and enjoyed Wayne’s Delicious Seafood . Tried a variety of items from menu. Fried Oysters, Lobster Roll, Coconut Shrimp Hush Puppies and their SENSATIONAL Crab Cakes. Everything was truly Delicious!! Highly Recommend!!!

Eww. Overpriced and not very good. Tiniest amount of lobster I’ve ever seen on a lobster roll. The pics on website are deceiving and who the hell doesn’t give butter with hush puppies. Get it together. 60 bucks to still be hungry.

My wife and I visited Wayne's recently for the first time. It won't be the last, the crab cakes we hot and fresh some of the best we have had. Better than many restaurants, and the price was good. Ypu get what you pay for and here my expectations were exceeded. Thank you for making our food truck experience a great one.

I am from pensacola fl and recently had Wayne's delicious eats. The lobster roll was AMAZING there was so much lobster meat the roll was stuffed. Also, their fresh oysters were soon good, it's hard to believe a food truck can produce such quality and quantity. If you want fresh seafood go see Wayne and his wife the service alone makes you feel like you are at a high end restaurant without the high end prices. Thank you Wayne for some of the best food I've ever haf!

Been getting lobster rolls from Wayne's for a good long while now. There's a reason for that. It's always fantastic and handed over with a smile. Always tender and delicious. I've had lobster rolls from other vendors that have been good, but Wayne's is always still just a notch above. Good crab cake, too!

Let me first say, part of this is my fault for ordering oysters on the half shell, but wanted to caution anyone else to stay away from the oysters here. Clearly previously frozen-they were like old glue and smelt horrible. Huge, warm and covered the whole shell. Had to toss the entire dozen even after I brought them to the owner. The food is very expensive for what you’re getting-the Mac and cheese bites were super dry and from a box mix, the crab cake sandwich was okay but small. The costs are high for the value and quality. The wings were actually really good so maybe stick to that if you order.

I was at the Frederick County Fair and had their Lobster Rolls and Crab Cakes they were the best!
