NASTY! $26.69 for two chicken strip baskets one a 6 piece and one 4 piece and two drinks. The toast was as hard as a rock, probably been sitting in a open bag for awhile then toasted. You can't tell me they didn't notice it. The chicken and fries had a really bad bitter taste to where eating it made you feel sick, a problem easily fixed by changing the fryer oil more frequently as should be because of frequent all day use.

I ordered ahead and the timing somewhere wasn’t right because the blizzards I ordered were definitely a little melty. However, the guy who handed them to me from the window still flipped them upside down and I haven’t felt fear like that in years

The GM reached out and corrected everything gave me a full refund. I ordered a shake to try out a peanut butter shake and it was delicious. Thank you for correcting this.
I have several things to talk about.
I ordered 2 meals, a kids meal, and a blizzard. Almost 40 bucks. So that's an issue by itself.
I specifically requested the burger only have ketchup. It's even on the receipt. It came with mustard and pickles. Not a huge deal. But annoying.
I ordered 2 sodas as well. NEITHER of then had syrup. It was just carbonated water. Like I ordered a Dr pepper. It was clear. Make that make sense.
I ordered a dilly bar. They gave me a sugar free one. Wtf. I'm 195 and 6"2' and pretty active. I don't need help with my one cheat meal a week.
I also ordered a burger with a single patty. They gave me a double and charged me for a double.
So quick recap. I paid almost 40 bucks for HALF of my order to be completely wrong and 1/4 of the order to be inedible. So I'm kinda pissed off as we don't grab fast food a lot. This just reinforces not going anywhere.

SAD! This used to be a great place for Ice Cream! Now, $11.30 for 2 small ice cream orders! I counted 7 people working or I should say 1 working while the other 6 didn’t do anything but act busy! People coming by after church, 4/28/24. If there is a manager at this location, you should watch your video between 12 and 1:15. I usually wouldn’t say anything but I think that’s what the problem is! No reasonable explanation for 7 people behind the counter while a dozen customers are waiting for there orders to be filled and only one person trying to fill’em! I’ve had weeks I would go by 3 to 4 times a week while working in that area for lunch or dinner. I won’t go back.

Yesterday was free ice cream cone day. The ice cream was almost melted . I watched them pull them from the refrigerator. It was horrible I understand it was free but still wasn’t expecting that .
