After requesting fresh food and getting the same food I was given (mind you I had bit a fry as to why I asked for fresh food) served back to me just redipped in the fryer is bad customer service and goes against policy as well as just nasty. I would not recommend this establishment.

If I could give this negative stars. I would. I ordered 2 blizzards, chicken fries and pretzels. One blizzard was mint chocolate chip blizzard with chocolate dip. Even on the receipt it read oreo. Thats not what I ordered. I brought it up to the staff members they said I was wrong. Im so mad because it was a large of the wrong item. I just threw it in the trash. The person who wanted it hates oreo.

Got a nasty black hair in my burger didn’t want finish the meal after that finding, wouldn’t get me refund for entire meal after I refused to eat it. Horrible customer service didn’t understand at all the team leader was there but no manger. Wouldn’t give me a number too call because I wasn’t satisfied with what maddi the team leader could provide. She looked at me and put the money in my hand for the burger and wouldn’t say or do anything else. I was trying to be kind but none of the servers had there hair back and they had long hair it was disappointing and disgusting

I don't think they should be panhandling for money for donations. I don't see any advertisements asking for donations. I had to pull the number one to wait on hot dogs to cook. Friendly staff nice atmosphere clean business.
We came for free cone day on the first day of spring. They did a great job getting the crowd through the line and the drive-through. They were even keeping up with cleaning tables when guests finished and left. All in all, great job, Dairy Queen staff!

NASTY! $26.69 for two chicken strip baskets one a 6 piece and one 4 piece and two drinks. The toast was as hard as a rock, probably been sitting in a open bag for awhile then toasted. You can't tell me they didn't notice it. The chicken and fries had a really bad bitter taste to where eating it made you feel sick, a problem easily fixed by changing the fryer oil more frequently as should be because of frequent all day use.
