I went to this location yesterday instead of Sam’s hotdogs because I wanted some tea. The lady who took my order was nice a pleasant.

After getting my cup I went to get some tea and there was none. The woman at the drive through was talking to someone out the window. I waited like 3-5 minutes while she continued to talk to the woman in the van.

I said excuse me to her twice maybe three times and she ignored me and continued her conversation.

When she came to the counter she was extremely rude and disrespectful, stating what do you want I said I wanted tea. She then said I was with a customer, to which I said no you were talking to a customer about “I don’t know if I got it like that. She then said I was rude and she didn’t even know her, the driver.

I said I would talk to her manager and she said yea do that.

I went back and sat down. The longer I sad there the more angry I got. I drank about a quarter of my tea and went and got a refill. I told them to just throw the food in the trash, I figured they would have spit in it or something worst and left the business.

I will never go to this store again for any reason.

The store appears to have cameras I hope they pull the film and see how bad they treat paying customers.

I was there at about 2:30pm yesterday 26 Nov2024.

Parking: Plenty of parking cause people are tired of the wait times

If it were possible to give this location zero stars I would. This place is absolutely filthy and atrocious. My mom placed a mobile order online and went inside to pick it up. Upon entering there was trash everywhere, there was flies and bugs flying all around, and all the workers were on their phones and not helpful at all. The food and drinks were disappointing and disgusting. The drinks and the food tasted like mold to the point where the food and drinks were inedible. Couldn't even go inside to get a refund cause none of the employees know how to do it. 🤦Don't go to this location, avoid it if possible, it's a complete waste of money.

I have found that their focus is on the drive through, not the walk in or dine in customers. The dining room and self-service areas are always dirty. The food is great, is you get what you order. If the food wasn't as good as it is I would not eat there.

Ordered on the app, they said they were out of something and wouldn't substitute anything. Got attitude from the workers and am still waiting. If I hadn't already paid, I'd be gone.

I ordered a mobile order from here. NEVER AGAIN! My fries were cold, no big deal so I drive back around. The girl didn’t notice me at first because she was busy on her phone. She takes my returned fries and dumps them in the fry bin that they serve fries out of. Disgusting. So I’m waiting on fresh fries when I start actually paying attention, the whole crew is leaned against something, on their phones, or eating right in front of me. The “manager” finally comes to the window, mind you I’ve been waiting about 15 minutes, so I tell her just give me a refund. She proceeds to then ask me “do you want it for the fries, or everything”. I asked her what she would want as a customer? This young lady has a stank attitude. She tells me I need to get my refund on the mobile site. I told her I don’t see an option, she’s still being stank. Finally I’m like just give me your corporate number, she says look online. I asked what her name was, she said don’t worry about. Now we are up to 30 minutes and I just want a refund!!! Finally she gives me a refund but decided to throw it, so part of it fell. So then this lil girl tells me to pick it up myself. That didn’t go over well at all! The employees have bad attitudes and apparently aren’t properly trained, your store is dirty, I could go on for days with all the health violations I saw in 30 minutes, and your “manager” needs to take some classes on how to manage. Definitely the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life. Zero Stars!!!
