Placed an online order. Got home to find neither pizza was cut properly, the edges made it look like they were cut all the way through, but they weren't. Cutting the pizza is probably the most basic part of making it, as a former employee myself. And the employee I dealt with? She clearly had no clue.

Placed an order around 6 pm. App said it’d be ready in 15, waited 25 before picking up. When I walked in, there were about 5 people waiting on their order. Neither employee working there even acknowledged I was there until she asked if there was anyone there by my name and I said it was me. She handed me my (wrong) order which I unfortunately didn’t notice until I made it home. My husband went back to get the correct order and learned we’d been given someone else’s and had to wait while they made theirs first. He waited for over an hour. An HOUR. This place needs to get it together and the manager needs to train his employees better or something because whatever they’re doing now isn’t working.

Whoever the manager is should be here on a Friday night when it's busy. The guy working behind the counter isn't speaking to people. He's giving away orders to the wrong people. One gentleman and his son had it happen to them and waited over an hour for a pepperoni pizza and some bread sticks. I ordered online. The app said it was ready. I've been here for over 20 minutes and still haven't gotten my pizza. The guy behind the counter hasn't said a word but seems very disgruntled with everyone. I'm standing beside another man picking up an order for someone who has been here for 30+ minutes. I watched another man come in for a pizza, just a pizza. The guy behind the counter said, "Must have given it to someone else." He grabbed a pizza with wings and said just take this one. The customer tried to pay, but the worker said, no. He told the man to just take it since his order wasn't in the system.I thought the new management had improved this place. The pizza is better than it was a year ago, but the service is absolutely terrible. Whoever the manager is should watch the cameras to see what's going on because he is losing money tonight.Update: After waiting 30 minutes, I finally got my pizza. This was after the 20 minutes when the app said it was ready, so almost an hour.

My daughter ordered pizza about a week ago. She spent over $50.00 for 3 large pizzas, worst pizza ever. Wasn’t even sliced, pizza tore to pieces, the thin crust pizza was cooked so long it was like eating a brick. Toppings were overly dry due to being over baked. We threw most of the pizzas away. Big waste of money…

The order of fries very small and the pizza melts are very small. They will not feed two people more like a appetizer. Our order wasn't bagged had 3 boxes to carryout. No napkins with the order. If you are going to sell fries you could have some ketchup packets. Staff was very friendly and order was ready on time.
Great food, good service, decent prices. Only issue is when I called to place my order the lady wasn't at the restaurant I was getting my food from, hell, she wasn't even in Virginia. She had little to no knowledge of deals, specials, prices and worst of all could barely speak English so the communication or lack there of was frustrating.

All advertising shows Big New York pizza with Pepperoni, told the Person that the pizza she put in the box didn't have any pepperoni. She said I didn't order correctly, and if I wanted pepperoni it was an option. I showed her the 4 foot tall sign in the window that showed The New York style pizza WITH PEPPERONI on it and priced at $13.99 , I assumed she would offer to make the transaction correct since I had ordered another pizza for a total purchase of $45.75. She different offer, and blamed me for the problem. I wish I had Not already put a nice tip on my purchase because it definitely wasn't deserved. After 50 years if using Pizza Hut for my pizza supplier, Never Again.

Pizza Hut now has these Melts for $6.99 and they are delicious. We have tried the Buffalo Chicken and Meat Lovers and they are so yummy!! Are local Pizza Huts are delivery or carry out. We do have one location that has seating. A great spot for the upcoming Super Bowl.

I've been to a couple Pizza Huts, this one has great service. Food was ready promptly at the time I ordered it, I got there a minute early and watched them slice and package my pizza. I'm not a big Pizza Hut eater, but their Big New Yorker is an exception, and I'm glad they brought it back for Feb. 2023. I will probably have 1-2 more before the special runs out, it's exceptional. I have not tried the wings and pasta at this location, but the service is good anyways. Enjoy!

Delivery is fast but the prices are outrageous now example an $18.99 special ends up costing $32 they charge you a delivery fee plus expect a tip for being delivered all the rest is tax and other unknown fees. But they do have delicious pizza
