I placed an order but when I came for pick up someone else took it. When I asked if there was anything they could do considering we had been waiting 30 minutes prior, yet expected to wait another 30, and explained it was an inconvenience, the manager’s approach was disrespectful and rude. Mistakes happen and I don’t blame the worker, but the lack of understanding from the manager demonstrates her need for more training in customer service and hospitality. Mind you, I was respectful throughout and left promptly once the manager attempted to escalate the situation… over pizza.

The food wasn’t phenomenal. I had the seafood lasagna and it was probably one of the best lasagnas I’ve ever had. It had flavor. It was packed with different meat. It was a little slow to get there, but I figure it’s because everything is homemade.

I love going here during lunch to get the mushroom ravioli supremo lunch special! So good and such a great deal! And the waitress is always so friendly and accommodating. It’s a little out of the way for me now that I don’t live nearby anymore, but it’s worth the drive.

Recently returned back home to our mountains after living away for many years and my husband asked me to find a true Italian restaurant with homemade spaghetti and meatballs! He was thrilled with my find of Micali's Trattoria. The food was delicious and the service was great.

Waited an hour for our food, and they didn’t give us plates for the bread, then we decided we wanted to leave and go to El Puerto instead. They followed my disabled parents and grandmother to their car and threatened to call the cops because of our drinks but then once we offered to pay for the drinks they said no you have to pay for the food that never got to your table… so we went back inside and picked at the terrible food that we didn’t even feel comfortable eating even if the service had been good the food was still terrible.
