Every single time I have went to this one the coffee has been gross. Idk what the issue is it just taste like watered down flavorless coffee. The ratios aren’t right or something even if you specifically order it. I give it another chance every now and then just because of how close it is to home. But today’s the last time. Maybe start with learning the recipes correctly. Also how can you hand me a “shaken espresso” that’s very obviously not even shaken. Lol.

Every single time I order my iced coffee ( cream 3 sugar , vanilla ) at this Starbucks location they do not stir it together for a $5 coffee it should come stirred ! They’re not friendly either . Last time had to ask for straw and even though 1/2 and 1/2 was written on side of cup they handed me black coffee with sugar clumped in the bottom when I mentioned it she said did you order creamer , I said yeah it says it on the side of the cup …

This the second review on this store. The first one was about them not being able to get our drinks right. And someone replied back and said next time take the drinks in to get it right. So I did and the one working took my drink to fix it. And when she handed it back to me it was all over the lid. As she handed to me with coffee and all running down the cup saying “ oh some came out the top” and never cleaned it. And yes every order since then at least one of our drinks is still wrong. Dose no one look at or read what is in the drinks

I came to just get a simple medium roast drip coffe. They were all out. So I asked if they had any drip coffee. All that they had was light roast. So I ordered a small, and it turned out to be over five dollars for a simple drip coffee. Additionally, orst customer service out of any location I have been to.

If I have to hear one more unprompted conversation about my drink order I will no longer be able to just bite my tongue and smile! I don’t care what you want to call it, how you want to ring it up, or what you want to charge me, I just want a full cup of black coffee. That’s it. It’s not that serious & it certainly is not that complicated. But every ?? other ?? time ?? I go to this specific location, is the ONLY store, I ever have to hear some excuse or explanation or some rant about why it’s “problematic” for me to have a full cup of black coffee. If the moble app had a “fill to the brim button” I’d push it, if it had “put the trenta coffee in a venti cup so the venti cup is full” button I’d push it. It is literally EXHAUSTING to just get a full cup of black coffee. Can we PLEASE stop beating this dead horse and having to explain why my order is an “issue” every time ?!? PLEASE! I would HAPPILY pay you $10 just to get my order and NOT have anyone say anything to me that would actually be DELIGHTFUL

I have been a customer of Starbucks for years and this store since opened. Today I got the worst customer service. I simply asked if there were trash cans outside the store, the server looked at me like I was crazy and said they only have trash cans inside the store. Then shoved my order in my hands , slammed the glass door and proceeded to gossip about me to her other coworkers. I definitely won't be going back.

Went in to get a pike place in my personal cup like I do everyday and was told I couldn't use my personal cup because it was dirty it always has coffee in it she didn't have to touch the inside of my cup they put the cup inside of a big coffee cup put the sugar and the coffee in it and the cream and hand it to you what's the problem with my cup being dirty on the inside

they make my drink right EVERYTIME. some starbucks i go to don’t usually make matcha lattes too good so it just tastes like milk. they do it right EVERY. TIME. and they are so nice and so quick!!???

This place is trash. Coffee sucks first off. Customer service is also trash. Closed at 2pm on a Saturday due to staffing shortages but there are 4 people inside the store working. You place an order on the app and they can’t even help you get a refund. Just say, store is closed and shrug their shoulders. This is why Micah’s will always be better than you Starbucks and you won’t survive in Stuart’s Draft!
