Went in last week with a paper coupon for “buy a footlong get a 6 inch free” that had been mailed out, but upon walking in, was immediately told that it wouldn’t work because of a “new system” and there was apparently nothing they could do. The coupon was valid, so why not just honor it? Ended up going to sheetz across the road instead.

Staff making sandwiches were great but store refused to take the coupons mailed out to the Draft residents. Was told their system wouldn't accept them. They have the same system other stores have. The old owners took the coupons!

Meatball sub was ice cold and sloppy didn't even get the correct order which was supposed to be #6 the boss sub and got a regular meatball sub the guy behind the counter really didn't understand what i wanted will never get anything from this subway again

Took my son there for him to get a boss sub he ordered it then when we got home it had American cheese on it then they didn't put the pepperoni on it and it was ice cold smh. I only love a few minutes from the store so his sub should have been nice and hot still. Ever since the Indian people have taken over the store has been nothing but horrible and continuously going down hill. My son stated to me he'll never go back to that location again and I agree because you can't even understand what the people are say and they sure as hell don't understand what you say

I love my small town Subway it's truly the best!great food and fast service
Just ordered a 6” subway, they cut it a little short not a big deal. I filled cup with ice from fountain and a B piece of ice had a bug frozen in side. Just about turned my stomach. Will not be back.

Wheelchair accessibility: There was plenty of room between the tables for wheelchair accessible paths. As well as designated tables.

I have always enjoyed going to subway , good tasting, healthy food . What's not to like about that ? Nothing up until recently moving from Greenville , VA rite up road to Stuarts Draft ,Va whitch is but a couple miles apart but a million miles apart in there Subway in Stuarts Draft . Needless to say I've ate in Draft subway on two different occasions, horrible , worst subway service , worst atmosphere and second worst is nowhere even close (never been to a subway that I didn't like) to this dump . I really don't no why I even gave them 1star . Will be driving bye it for now on to go to the other three locations that I frequent in the county . Do yourself a favor and do the same and drive buy .
