The 7-Eleven is amazing. It is almost a tourist attraction lol. This gas station is usually not busy and there is fresh coffee all the time. I recommend signing up for 7-11 rewards to get a 3 cent per gallon discount on gas. If you sign up for the app, you can accrue points to earn free stuff. There major competitor is right across the street...another 7-11.
