A decent atmosphere inside and the staff were nice. Unfortunately, I just wasn’t impressed by the food overall. The pork chops were bland and had an off taste, the mashed potatoes and mac n’ cheese lacked real flavor, and the gravy was a little watered down. The fried chicken was the highlight of what I tried but wasn’t enough to carry everything else.
First time there..my two sisters and myself..we loved it..food was very hot and delicious didn't take long..the young lady was very nice and her service was awesome...the problem that I saw was ..to use the restroom and having to go through the kitchen , not a good idea having all types of people from outside coming through where food is being prepared..if it was my place I would post

Small local owned shop in Suffolk. We were visiting for the pickle festival and got hungry and this was the spot. The food was good, I had the pork chop sandwich with the fried cabbage and my husband got the meatloaf, yams and mac and cheese. For soul food it was delicious. Will recommended and will be back.
