I believe our server is named Amina. She was great, nice, and very charismatic. But the food was just ok. I ordered calamari and the vodka penne pasta. The penne was lacking flavor. But overall, it was a good place to relax and catch up with my friend.

The atmosphere was great the wait staff was very friendly and had great suggestions on meals. Hats off to the chef Matthew Kohler, his Cajun pasta that I had was really good and my wife had the Tortellini Amedeo and she said it was great also. Highly recommend will be returning again.

Been in the business for 11 years and they do it right. Went for my mom's 70th birthday dinner and everything was amazing.

So this place upon arrival was bit different than we expected. It was definitely aimed toward higher dining and fancier more intimate/adult crowd. We went as couple away from our kids so that was not issue. Food proportions were good for entree but when we ordered a dessert to go, the cheesecake slice for price seemed rather small. Overall was bit pricier than we like for just us but as it was rare date night we just brushed that off. Not really somewhere we feel we need to go back to but glad we tried it as change of pace. If you like fancier italian style place, this would be good place to check out.

We arrived before six and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. We were seated next to the couple and the noisy kitchen despite SO many empty tables. We ordered a bottle of champagne and the waitress came back ten minutes later to ask what champagne we ordered. The penne alla vodka dish was terrible. The pasta was WAY overcooked and smothered with undercooked crunchy onions. Barely took a few bites and the waitress didn’t even ask how our meal was. Will definitely skip this place in the future. What a disappointment!

Place was mostly empty and drinks took forever, the couple beside us left because nothing was ever brought to them in the 15 minutes they were there. Food was mediocre and expensive.

Bread and salad were good, but the entrees were terrible. Probably some of the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. I normally don’t leave reviews on anything, but it was bad enough I felt I needed to. Charged $8 to add Italian sausage to a pasta and received a small piece. So small the person who brought the food (not our waitress) commented on it and said he would bring another piece (which he never did). They did remove one of the entrees from the bill, which was kind. Service was a bit slow and it wasn’t busy. Table behind and to the side of us had issues with their orders as well. Not really sure what was going on, but I’ve never heard more apologies from serving staff in one dining experience. Overall a bad outing and very overpriced.

Went for Valellntines day and was excited about the set menu. Options seemed great and after previous experience eating at their steak house on Harborview. We had high hopes. But unfortunately this ruined our Valentine Evening. My winter Salas came out wrong 2x . The charcuterie board only had 2 pieces of meat..mainly cheese and crackers and then my husband's uni and lobster pasta was inedible..way too salty. To further add to this disappointment, we went periods of 30 mins or more on multiple occasions without a server present. We were in the redtaraunt 2:30hours and only got 2 small glasses of champaign and no water refills.Ended up speaking to the manager and paid for the portions I could eat. But sadly, will not book a special dinner here ever again. Ended up having to get my husband tacobell for dinner there after.

Always a nice experience with good food, but executive chef Dallas and our server Amina made this end of a hectic work week date night exceptional.

Went there for Valentines dinner. The food was amazing. We went in expecting for the meal to be slow because on valentines day it is a small menu of 5 courses. We were there for over 2 hours. We also ordered the wine pairing. The course would come out but the wine for each course would take 5-10 minutes to come out. My water glass would go empty and I would have to ask random wait staff for a refill. We started with 2 forks and a butter knife. When the courses cleared they pulled my silverware off my plate and just took the dish (after sitting on table for 5-10 minutes). I used the same 2 forks throughout 4 courses. I had to stop a random wait staff to ask for a steak knife for my dinner and a spoon for my desert. I saw numerous tables with 4-6 empty wine glasses but staff said they were low on wine glasses. We saw 3 groups leave either before being served or in middle of meal. There were a lot of unhappy faces amongst the customers. The bussing of glasses and dishes was close to non existent and the timing of food with paired wine was horrible. I did tell the manager and also said I was not looking for a reduction in cost or anything. She still applied $30 off my meal. I still applied 20% tip based on original price but posting this in the hopes that they do better. We will not go back but hope others have a better experience. I do not believe the service matched the cost of the meal.

Made reservations 3 weeks ago only to show up and be told we could only have their special menu for valentines day. They never told us that and that menu wasn't anything we liked. Real nice since it was my wife's birthday as well. So there we sat at 5 o'clock on my wife's birthday and valentines day with nowhere to go. Thanks alot....a day to remember. Thank goodness for Olive Garden.

Drinks were on point. Bartenders Lulu and Dylan were awesome. A set menu for Valentine’s Day isn’t ideal. I understand the rationale but the options were subpar to my liking.. More pasta options with patrons with seafood allergies in mind. Maybe the next visit will change my mind on food choices..Dietary restrictions: Food allergies should be considered

Food was good however service was terrible. Multiple servers basically standing around but not really paying attention to the customer. The manager finally served the drinks. It seems the bartender pays more attention to the bar patrons than the dining patrons. Our server was very pleasant but was not able to do the job in a timely manner. I've been to Amedeo's several times and it's always hit or miss both for service and food. They don't seem to pay attention to details or consistency.
