I know there are different cultural differences, but guys can at least try to smile and say at least say thank you for coming. All I ordered was 3 wings and some fries. I could of did a better job at home. Wings all dried up. Fries burnt. Not impressed at all. I can clearly see why they don't do refunds. Guess my dogs have a meal.

They have horrible customer service! There have been numerous instances that my food has been wrong or my chicken was not freshly cooked and they have made no accommodations. The guy taking the order in the front is very rude and does not follow clean protocols. He does not wear gloves when handling your food and is constantly scratching his nose or playing with his ear buds. I will NOT be eating here again.

Okay, I will say I loooveee their wings and Fries. I'm not a huge wing person but I always get some kind of sweeter sauce. Only thing is sometimes my same order will be more expensive than the last time by a lot. I'm not sure what the deal is with that.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... First, I placed my order the day before to be picked up the following day at 5pm. I arrived and still had to wait 30 min for my food. I ordered 75 wings which were basically $85. My wings were ALL hard and not even able to bite into. When I contacted the store to inform them of my food, they tell me all the wings were cooked regular and he doesn't know what I am talking about, he was rude and started speaking in language I did not understand. He stated, I was unable to receive a refund but they would give me a discount. SIR, I do not want a discount, that was too many wings to ALL have been bad, NOT even ONE of them were good. That is too much money to have paid to only receive a discount. I want a refund as I will not be eating at this establishment again.

Large menu. The food is decent. Employees attitudes aren't great. DO NOT CALL AHEAD. They do not make the food until you get there. So don't waste your time. We frequent this place often and the food has never been ready when they say. Ever.
The customer service is very poor at this location. I got fussed at for getting ice after purchasing 2 combo meals because the manager said I didn't ask him for ice, the combos come with drinks. The food is not good either. I will not ever return to this location on College drive and my opinion is to shut this restaurant down and let some other great customer service restaurant reside there.
