“I came to this Applebee's last year and had a horrible experience but I'm glad to see a change. My waitress this time was very helpful and definitely sober which is already an improvement from last time. The food was delicious and delivered in a timely manner. The tea was watery at first but the waitress gladly gave me a new cup from a fresh batch. Overall I had a great experience and I'm glad I gave this location a second chance.“
“Miss Malencia is the best!! She is so sweet and so much fun. Applebee's has always been a pretty "meh" place to me but when I receive excellent service, I'm way more likely to return. They also seem to be moving into more of a bar environment on some days, with karaoke and trivia games and the like.“
