Zero stars! I walked in ALONE to maybe 5 tables. Told it’s a 15min wait… for 1 person, 15mins goes by and I just go sit at the bar, waited another 15mins and was never greeted or helped. Got up and left and will take my money elsewhere

Great experience the food was delicious and I was in and out ! Server was extremely attentive and friendly I believe her name was Ashely and the host was really funny definitely brightened my day didn't quite catch her name but she had dreadlocks and glasses definitely will be coming back soon !

Service is horrible. We came in for dinner. Relatively empty. No one came to take our order for 10 minutes. Instead the hostess and waitresses were talking and dancing in the corner. The bartender was dancing with her fan for three customers. Nope. Done with Applebees.

This is the dingiest Applebee's ive ever been too. Plus it smells n the rugs are filthy. Its more used as a bar it seems. Will never eat there again.

I would love to like this place...its closer to our house and cheaper than our usual go-to Chili's..but everything we give it a chance we wish we would have just drove to Chilis... My TRIO plate was disappointing..the nuggets were very hard and small..the quesdilla was greasy and cold and the wonton tacos were barely filled and 2 were missing one side of the shell! The most disappointing part was the spinach artichoke dip we ordered was COLD...but the bowl was hot...that makes me wonder if its microwaved?... And our table wobbled but were not allowed to switch and no solution offered.. I want to keep my dollars in my neighborhood but this place keeps letting me down

Waited an hour and a half when I was told it's a 30min wait due to not enough servers being available when they open.
This weekend our HS band was traveling and we wanted to arrange a sit down meal that could accommodate about 100 people. After calling around near where we’d be, I was able to connect with Alyssa at the N Main St Applebee’s in Suffolk. After telling her what we were looking for on a very late evening Saturday, Alyssa went above and beyond to see what she could do. She ensured there was more staff on hand than originally scheduled to meet our needs and was extremely welcoming and hospitable when we arrived.
The restaurant was prepared to meet two charter buses full of band members after a very long day. They quickly and methodically got our orders in and meals out as quickly as possible for so many orders going in at one time. All the servers were attentive and really nice.
Alyssa helped us settle the tab as streamlined as we could and when there was an alert on our end, she helped rearrange it and was patient and pleasant the whole time.
This whole team should be acknowledged for excellent service and communication. If we come back to Suffolk next year, we will absolutely set something up with them again.

The pasta had beard hair in it. I took 1 out and and the piece of pasta on it. I continued eating since I was hungry, but yet again more beard hair in another pasta piece. Had to stop eating it. I did not tell the rest of my family because then they won't eat it either, dis not want it to be a waste of money. I was really looking foward for some Applebee's food, since in California it was always so delicious. I've heard Applebee's in Chesapeake was bad, so that's why I was trying the Suffolk one. And its bad too. Food with beard hair in it plus tasteless. They need a good cook in there. One that follows the recipe not one that probably doesn't even wash his hands.
