We may have sat for over 15 minutes, after being seated, without being seen, once our server/ bar tender got there, he was on point. I wish I could remember his name, cause he deserves some sort of recognition for his work ethic. The foods flavor was good, but compared to the Applebee's in Hampton, the meat wasn't as big, the mozzarella sticks weren't as melted (as if they sat) and the onion rings weren't cooked quite long enough. But, still, a good night.

In all my life, there has never been a burger I wouldnt eat until now, the burger I had was crunchy, dry, tasteless and stale. To add insult to injury it had a decent sized HOLE in it. The service was almost as bad as during a previous time we ate here, the person who seated us didnt even give me and my mother forks or knives to eat our stake. It took them 20 minutes of us waving them down and passing by us to give us silverware. The only redeeming quality of this place is its music and its fries. The burger I had looked like someone grabbed a fist full of meat and slapped it on the stove. For those reasons I give 2 stars, McDonalds has better burgers than what I witnessed today.

every time I go in there the-take out area stinks!!! I once had to cancel my order because I looked in the kitchen and seen someone eating food while they were preparing a customers food

I ordered delivery using the Door Dash app. I have done this several times. Not once has the entire order been there. This last time I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. I was told they were too busy to talk with me. Care should be taken to ensure the entire order is bagged. If you are too busy to get it correct, don't take the order.

I don't like writing this type of review. Hopefully, they will see this and do better.

First, I ordered spare ribs. They were out. So, I ordered riblets. They bought my friend plate out first. I didn't get my food until 30 minutes later. They were horrible. The worst taste. I didn't eat them and sent them back. The supervisor was informed but never came to address my concern.

The service is poor. No one came to check on us.

Totally pissed. Say there almost 30mins after I ordered the BabyBack ribs... for the manager to tell us that they outta ribs. It seems that the kitchen would notify the servers when they outta something... this sucks. It's the only thing I eat from there for real.

I've been here before but it's never been this bad. We spent and hour and a half just to eat and have 1 cup of water. No refill, and it took over 20 min to get out bill. No it was not busy, they o ly had 3 tables needing service. I don't blame our waitress. She was left to run all of our orders while the managers just watched and would chew her out for things I belive was out of her hands for example. The manage made the wrong mixed drink for someone and then blamed our waitress. Clearly he was more worried about what she does and left the other co worker to clean a window for over an hour. Zohi if you read this, go get another job where you will be respected for what you do. You worked your tail off and I'm sorry you don't get the help nor respect you deserve.

Name's Leonard Norwood Jr. When we walked in. The waiter seemed to struggle when it came to showing our seats, he did pay attention enough when Mom asked him to go to a different table, due to her circumstances. I won't fault him, he seemed to be stressed as these times push us. The service wasn't long, a good time to talk. As for the food, my only gripe is the buffalo wings. Some of them were undercooked. Red stuff is an indicator. It seems that some foods served a bit overcooked and was more sauce on the riblets my Dad got. I was right to inspect the food. My Caesar grilled salad came out okay with the bread just right. The appetizer checked out good at least. The cook's food needs some practice and care. The service reacted when needed to when I pointed out the wing's flaws.

All in all, the experience my family had was average. I don't know how things are with the restaurant, but I'm pointing this out because I care. Quality and willingness to improve keeps restaurants going. They definitely need to overcome these problems before next inspection whenever that is. Right now, Kickback Jack's, JoJack's, and other restaurants, my family has visited got them beat. Rooting for Applebee's self improvement, the corporate needs to understand that low quality foods causes problems. And good service keeps people coming back. Will I come back someday? Who knows?
