Employees were not friendly and the wait at the drive through was unacceptable long. They made me wait in the front while they served 5 cars behind me. Management needs to overhaul this store because it is currently quite a bad experience

I found it strange that after paying for my food in the drive through, I was asked to back up about 10' to the red pole and I would then be waved forward when my food was ready at the window. I don't feel it was safe to be asked to back up in the drive through line as many things could go wrong here.. The employee then told me it had to do with a timer.

What an awesome spot with amazing staff!! I left my wallet by mistake and they not only held it, but all within it was in tact!! They were polite and cautious to ensure I was the owner as well! Such a fantastic and kind manager and staff!!!!

Tried to order 5 for 5 online (not phone app). It kept trying to charge me for 25 sandwiches. 3 different computers. 4 different browsers. So I went to one and was told " it is only online" Arby's has lost a long time customer.
