WELL... there was only 1 vehicle in the drive thru that had obviously already paid and had pulled passed the window waiting... we pulled up to the box to place our order, we were told to wait...we waited approx 8 or more minutes and then placed our order, we were givin the total and told to pull up to the window... we paid for our meal and was told to pull behind the other waiting vehicle that had been waiting... we waited there over 25 minutes, I saw several vehicles drive off behind me, at least 7 or 8 vehicles... my wife finally went inside to see how much longer it would be on our order..... she said the lady looked at her like she was crazy, she didn't answer her, just walked off ... later came back and slung the bag on the counter (RUDE!!!) Then walked away again, never apologizing for the longggg wait, didn't offer us an explanation, didnt offer something as a complimentary jester after we had waited sooo long... my wife said there were other workers in the back, she didnt know what was the major hold up....there are some good people who work there, just not on this particular night ... it'll be a while before we return

On point! They made it their business to get me hot curlies AND with a smile. Manager and the girl that handed me the fries. They came with the positive customer service despite being busy. A1!

Unfortunately ordered French Dip and was so overcooked I thought it was chicken or turkey. I didn’t have time to ask for it to be remade. Part of issue seems like one guy was trying to handle the whole restaurant himself - Taking orders and making the food.

Slowest Arby's I have ever been to and I was only person in line waited like 15 for a simple number 2 classic roast beef sandwich and fries crazy 😧

Ordered the French Swiss meal at 11:49 according to my receipt. Didn't get my meal until 12:20. No apology for the wait or anything, just wordlessly handed it to me. Sandwich was bland and definitely not worth waiting 30 minutes for.

Stopped in for lunch. Never greeted and stood in line for approximately 5 minutes before leaving without service. It appeared drive thru customers got priority.

This is these absolute worst Arby's I've been to... they take forever, do not have enough people, make you pull up to wait for food, then give me the wrong order.... come inside to get the right stuff... still missing things.... never coming here again....

1st visit ( 3 weeks ago/ inside) Forgot my order then had to wait for potatoe cakes to cook as the person after me had a big order that was filled first.
2nd visit ( 2 weeks ago/inside) Backline person came from the dining room. Told me someone will
be right with you. Waited, no one ever came , a young woman poked her head around the corner at the drive thru never said a word. No orders in drive thur at the time. The backline person stood there and said nothing. I left after I used a dirty bathroom. Employee sitting in a car near the door smolking a cigarette.
3rd Visit tonight, 7:10 pm. No one ever answered drive thur, drove around to the doors just in time for a doordash guy to say, sign on the door says they closed at 7pm. 3-4 parked unattended cars in the parking lot.
All my visits were between 5-7 ish.
I think it's time to take a closer look at this store in the evenings. I will be going to the store on Taylor Rd from now on. Hope they are doing a better job.

Came here for lunch and it took us about 15 minutes to get 2 kids’ meals, 1 combo and 1 gyro.

The gyro was made with the wrong meat and aside from taking our order and being asked to pull forward, the employees didn’t speak. No explanation or apology for the wait, it was bizarre. Won’t be back for a while.

First time I have ever had a problem with them but I got a beef and cheddar and hardly no cheese and it tasted burnt. All the meat was on one side and it tasted funny. Really disappointed.

I went in before work at 12:55 pm to grab lunch I do this a couple times a week. There is a young man by the name of Jabraun who works there who always greets you if he sees you and is able to. I always get the same thing so he confirmed that’s what I was getting I told him yes I did add a drink. He didn’t ask my name for the order I really didn’t think much about it I was the only person there until he handed me my receipt and I saw that my name was on it. Wow what customer service.
After all the people you serve daily you remember my order and my name and spelled right !
Thank you Jabraun for starting my day off right.
