We left KFC next door because they would not wait on in store customers unless they were door dash. Arby's was great service and hot food. Thank you

The food and service were great. Ordered on the app in the parking lot and went inside and it was ready in 5 minutes. The first thing we noticed was that the place was amazingly well decorated for Christmas. We didn't think it was normal for an Arby's to look so great, so I ended up talking to Karla, who had gone above and beyond to do it herself, even using personal family heirlooms!
It's so common for people to just do the bare minimum, so when people make the extra effort, I feel it has to be recognized. This is one of the good ones--we'll be back.

Why everytime I go here. I need to pull up to the yellow line? Even when No one is even behind me in the drive through. Can the people who work inside just put the food in the bag and hand it through the window. Does this stop some kind of service timer. Crazy....
