Why everytime I go here. I need to pull up to the yellow line? Even when No one is even behind me in the drive through. Can the people who work inside just put the food in the bag and hand it through the window. Does this stop some kind of service timer. Crazy....

Every time we order from the app, you'd think it'd be right as the receipt reflexes exactly. Three times over period of month and a half, has been made wrong or I'd get someone else's order or missing food entirely. There has to be something done.

Went to drive thru, told to pull up, they had to cook the burger. No one in line, reluctantly pulled up. Minutes later presented bag of food. Pulled out of driveway, tasted fries and they were not hot. Went back and Lauren provided response. Left for home with extra hot fries and free cookies. Got home, burger bun was cold, condements were all over the sandwich. Tried to reassmble and realized beef pattie was half the size of bun, like it sat in a warming tray and shrunk up. And it cost 27 dollars. Never again.

Who ever worked on Sunday, 6/9/24 during lunch hours did a horrible job on the 2 for $5 wraps. I ordered the barbecue and the ranch wrap and both were submerged in sauce and very soggy. I hope the crows enjoyed it more than I did because it was out on the street the second I opened it.
