I used to come in, and i've noticed weird about the quality of the food, and not only that, the customer service quality of the people who work here. I understand that it's busy at night but i felt like there was no coordination within the people who work there, and not only that, the timing is so slow, i've also noticed that there are rude customers who've gotten their way because they're customers which is unfair to the worker. The food is usually dry or stale like it's been sitting there for a while, or the bo rounds are very old. it is also 11$ for 3 tenders two sides and a drink..?

This bojangles was great!! Everyone was working together either cleaning or making sure orders were right!! Food was delicious as well and Bo worker “Bré” was ON TOP of it!! She was making sure everything went out correct and that everything was flowing hoe it should be!! She was so kind and awesome to us!!

I came in a couple nights ago and I received exceptional service. I don’t think that the service would have been possible without the manager on duty, Bre. She is so attentive and warm welcoming. She assures that her crew is on point. Food is fresh, hot, and delicious. She assures that orders are being promptly made and served with accuracy. Most restaurants you can’t go and get food of this quality after day shift, but that was not the case when I went. The shift runs smoothly and great when you have a great lead; which is what I noticed with Bre. Keep up the good work young lady!!!!! Not a young lady just clocked in for a “check” , but one that wants to make an impact on someone else, which is what she did!

Bojangles is always a go to for a quick, delicious meal, but what truly sets this location apart is the exceptional service from the manager, Bre’Ronda. During our visit, there was a small issue with my kids’ meal it wasn’t quite right but Bre’Ronda immediately noticed and personally replaced it. Her attentiveness and quick response made the situation completely seamless, showing what real customer care looks like. The restaurant is spotless and welcoming, but Bre’Ronda’s energy truly lights it up. Her bright smile and cheerful attitude create a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you want to return again and again. She is not only fantastic with customers but also incredibly kind and encouraging with the staff, making the entire environment uplifting. Exceptional service, a clean space, and a manager like Bre’Ronda make this Bojangles a five-star experience every time

I came in about a week ago, roughly 30–40 minutes before closing, and I was honestly impressed from the moment I walked in. Even though it was close to closing time, my food came out hot, fresh, and made like it was the middle of the day. The service was amazing — everyone was professional and welcoming.
I especially want to shout out the manager on duty, BreRonda. She was extremely attentive, respectful, and patient, making sure everything was correct and checking in to see if I needed anything. Her leadership made a noticeable difference compared to my last visit, and it really showed in the whole atmosphere of the restaurant.
Overall, it was a much better experience than before, and I truly appreciated the improvement. I’ll definitely be back

Quick and fast even asked if I need extra napkins and sauces!!! Very well spoken !! I had went inside spotless !!! You felt so welcoming when entering the atmosphere! Mind you I visited back during the summer when it was a sunna 1000 degrees in there I literally had to leave. But you see I total change now!! Please go and check out this location with this wonderful manager BreRonda!!!! Good job Bo jangles! Oh yeah the restrooms were even stock and smelled cleaned!!

Her energy, her kindness, and her customer service was top-tier. I wanted to take the time to say, the man who took my order, Mr. Mike, had such a joyful attitude and positive energy. He really turned a tough day around. I can tell something is different about this place. Maybe it's the positive management or its the quality of the food, But I think my bo bites tastes so much better now. ALSO BARELY ANY WAIT!
