I went here yesterday & waited 15 minutes in drive thru. I ordered a 2 pc thigh meal w/ double fries & medium rounds. I checked the box before I pulled off & they gave me a thigh & a leg. I gave it back to get the other thigh. The lady that assisted me, threw the leg away & replaced it. I then asked if double fries was in there because I only saw one. She said "Im was trying to play catch up, double fries is a medium" and closed the window. VERY NASTY!! I'll never go there again....The people I purchased this for said the food wasn't good. I spend too much money at Bojangles for this.

This Bojangles is horrible! It's ran down, they stay not having something, the employees are just there to get paid. I stopped by one evening around 830 and they were locking the door. I tried three different times, I will not be going here again.

I came to this location 2 hours before they closed, all lights were off, sign was off, no one answered the drive-thru. There were about three staff visible through the window. I’m extremely confused as to why the doors were locked and no one answered.

I stop here a lot on my way to or from work, and it’s very rare that the workers don’t have a snappy attitude. The fries sourced are never fresh and the rice is like eating Tampico pudding some days.

Chicken tenders breading was falling off. Chicken sandwich way too spicy. Fries cold and too much seasoning.
