Recently, I returned to Bojangles after some time and observed their drive-thru service was notably slow. Given that they serve breakfast, one would expect a quicker turnaround. During my visit, I waited over 20 minutes in line. I also noticed several cars behind me leaving due to the extended wait times. The same person who is running the drive-thru window is also the person making the orders which explains why they are sooooo slow. I’ll continue to visit Hardee’s and McDonald's.

Cleanest Bojangles I've ever been in. Disappointed with the 2 raw pieces of bacon on my biscuit. I went through drive and ordered some crispy bacon. I had to pay $2,70 to replace my bacon that I gave back. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE!

They charged us more for a sandwich by itself than to get a combo. The medium fry we were charged extra for was the same size as a small. We asked for seasoning on our fries but they didn't do it and when I asked for seasoning in a cup or pouch because my husband already took the food to the car they made me go get it and bring it back in so they could sprinkle the seasoning on the fries themselves... They also charged us for each sauce and then didn't give them to us.
This is worst experience ever. I ordered 2 x 4piece meals with fries and half and half tea and one cobble. I also ordered 2 sauces. The order was done by their electronic voice at drive through. When I got to window I paid 28 dollars and change. I received two teas with no ice and they were sour tasting. I was given two boxes of food. I specifically asked if the sauces were in box and was told yes. Before I pulled off I checked and found none. I never received the cobbler. When I got out of my truck and went inside I was ignored by one person and rudely spoke to by other. I was also told I had to pay for extra sauce, but I never got first two. This took place evening of 8/6/25. The chicken tasted like the morning bo rounds, which is disgusting considering it was 930 at night. They were not busy, only two ahead of me and one vehicle behind me, no one in the store. The girl working was rude, impolite and disrespectful and a liar considering she knew that she did not provide sauce but told me she did. I threw food in trash due to taste and fear of food poisoning. I worked in restaurants for years and have family that manages fast food restaurants so I know first hand the stress, but this was totally and 100% avoidable and unacceptable. She gave me the tea, poured it when I pulled to window knowing she had no ice and no she never said a word. The inside was ok but I would not by any means recommend this location. You will be unhappy and up all night feeling very unwell. The one star is because I have to put something, but this location deserves a zero

Service took a while because employees somehow forgot our order lol. But it's okay because they gave us free cookies! The staff were loud but it felt friendly and not annoying.

Sad day for me i never been. That sandwich was super dry. I was just too tired to complain i was hungry. The people was nice the product was disappointing. That sandwich should bot have been served. They got me scared to go to another bojangles. And that hotsauce on the sandwich was tacky

Coming from vacation stopped there first of all it was dirty as everrr , second they got mad cause me and my family ordered a big meal & last but not least when they packed my food it was cold as everrr don't eat here at all !
