Went through the drive through to grab some breakfast, they asked us to pull forward and wait for our food and we waited around 15 minutes before going in and getting an update. They completely forgot about us and we had to wait for them to start our order again… but I do not blame the staff one bit. I don’t expect much from fast food places so that doesn’t bother me but the manager was stressing everybody out in there (or who I assumed to be the manager; I don’t know who else would be allowed to act like that). It seemed like no one could think straight because the manager was screaming at everyone! Definitely needs some new management in there and that’s my only complaint

This is the worst bojangles in the hampton roads area.They should close this store for good.They always make you wait 30 minutes to get your food and the staff are very rude..The managers of this store should be fired

First time ordering by delivery and everything was fine with that. However, as per usual if I am not physically at the location, I never get what I ordered!!! Ever! Every time there’s no biscuits and the 4 times I’ve been there I’ve gotten the 20pc chicken… That’s 1 issue. Second is that the chicken is usually nice and warm, this time it was like it was placed in a microwave and left all day. The skin was unbelievably hard, to the point where I could not even eat it.( I only live about 4 minutes away from this location), so for me it shouldn’t have been this bad… The people that work there currently act like they’d rather be elsewhere instead of doing their job. Every time I call I get, “We’re sorry, the mailbox is full and there’s no room for message's “… I think this is absolutely my final meal from there. Ridiculous…

I wouldn’t rate this Bojangles with even one star. Very rude unprofessional employees that do not care about customer satisfaction at all. I made an order for a 12 Piece Supreme tailgate to feed my kids and paid $39. I had to wait 15 minutes for the food to be brought out to me. I asked for 4 BBQ sauce and 4 Honey Mustard and was told I could only have 3 sauces total unless I paid $1 per sauce. Needless to say I returned all of the food and went to Hardee’s where I was able to get 16 pieces of chicken and a large side for $22 and they gave us all the sauce we needed with smiles. Will never purchase anything from this Bojangles.

The food is okay not good enough to be worth the experience. I went there early one evening 3 hours before closing and they didn’t have enough chicken for a 8 piece. How? Gave them another chance today, but the service was awful. I’d give it a negative 5 if I could. The woman at the drive thru was extremely rude when I questioned my total because it was higher than the price listed. She pretended not to know what I was talking about then said rudely “our prices went up.” I told her they should update them and she was extremely dismissive. At the window, she was just as rude. Not a word, just nastiness. Gave me my bank card back and walked away. When she came back, she just looked at me as of to say “what do you want now?” I asked for a receipt and she literally rolled her eyes. Then made it clear she was not happy that I even asked for it. I called to talk to a manager. No answer and the voicemail is full. No thanks. They don’t ever have to worry about me again. I don’t need my chicken with a side of attitude and unprofessionalism. I wish I’d seen other recent reviews before I bothered. This is obviously a trend for them that they don’t care to fix. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

My family and I stopped by this establishment to get something to eat before getting on the road to visit Family. While in the drive thru my wife was greeted with a very disrespectful and disgusting greeting and was rushed to order. She was not able to place her second order. After we received our food, we did not receive two orders of seasoned fries. We only received 1 order of fries and 1 order of bo-rounds. The fries were not even hot, they were like they just pulled them out the microwave after they been sitting for a few hours. Overall, I will never be going to this bojanges in Suffolk between the Wawa and Taco Bell. I get it if you having a bad day we are human I get it, but don’t mess up my damn food that I pay for. I will never be going to this worthless, horrendous, miserable establishment. Do not recommend.

Very rude people work here. They have advertisements for products they don't even have. Horrible customer service combined with mediocre food. The place itself appears decent, but the woman in my attached photo is the rudest person I have ever met.

We usually have decent service but this time the cashier was rude. Upgraded our combo without asking then got attitude when asked about total. The Bo rounds were inedible. Soggy and cold. The chicken biscuits were good. Overpriced and unlikely to come back to this location.
