Food was as expected my only complaint is that is seemed they were understaffed as there was times where my waiter was bartending while also waiting on other tables.

I only gave it one star because I had to give it something for the review. My family and I sat inside the restaurant for 40 minutes and nobody asked us even if we want a glass of water. Then the waitress skipped completely over us to serve two people who came in way after we did and we had three small children with us. No a restaurant I will ever go to again.

6 orders of wings to go and they gave us two ranch...2...so 6 people supposed to just share? Does the staff get paid in ranch and that's why they are stingy with it? This location specifically is such a rat hole nowadays. I barely eat there anymore but check the bags, they will trick you with blue cheese or just plain stiff you....yall cheap and lazy

We waited awhile to be acknowledged, once we finally got sat, our waitress did a lovely job getting our orders. Got our food, and 2 people ordered orange chicken wings, which are low on the scale of spice. They were ABSURDLY hot, even people who loved spicy food at our table could not stomach a whole bite. Our waitress kind of brushed it off, got a manager and he gave us some extra wings, but honestly we shouldn't have had to pay $92 when 2 of 6 people couldn't even eat the food!

As you see from the photo, this is the quality you get now a days with BWW. Every time we order there, it's awful food quality. Cold/old fries, dry wings, as you can see. Not to mention, BWW isn't cheap.

Service ain’t the problem, but got food poisoning. Low quality, but don’t expect anything less from the B-Dubs chain anymore. Hit or miss.

I just had one of the best waitresses I have ever had, her name is Keyanna she was the only person it looked like the had when opened she had order from frustated deliver drivers, she also ad customers at tables that she was serving, she never got frustrated an had a smile while doing a Fantastic job serving everyone. Thanks Keyonna. also the food was Super good today.

I went here for the first time this afternoon and wasn’t expecting our initial experience to go like it did. First off, it said to seat yourself so we did. A couple minutes go by and nobody has came over to drop off menus or even to say that they will be right with us. I got up to go look for menus. I found what appeared to be menus but it was actually the beer menus. I believe she was the manager saw and walked over and said “how can I help you?” I said we are sitting over there and we haven’t received menus or anything. She said she’d bring them over which she did. Mind you, they weren’t even busy. A waitress came over and took our drink order. She was nice! We ended up placing our appetizer order and main course order at the same time. Our nachos appetizer came out and she had mentioned that they were out of pico de gallo. Cool, no problem. My bf ordered hot wings and she mentioned they were out of hot sauce so he had to pick another sauce. That’s fine! Seems like they are out of a few things.

We enjoyed the nachos. We did have to ask for refills as she wasn’t super attentive, but I believe they were short staffed so it was understandable. My bf’s wings came out and he was waiting to eat because we figured my food and my son’s food would be out right after. 15 minutes later, my wings come out. At this point we started eating so our food didn’t get cold. Mind you, it appears that one of the cook was out in the walkway watching the football game. Once the game ended, he went back into the kitchen. Another 15 minutes go by and my son is still waiting for his tenders. She brought them out and said that they weren’t able to sauce them with the Chipotle sauce he had asked for because they were out of it. At this point, we were just ready to leave. We asked for the boxes and check. We still tipped generously, but definitely won’t be back.

I was going to talk with the manager, but she seemed occupied texting at the computer station on her phone while tables were dirty almost the entire time we were there. Didn’t think we would get anywhere. Any who, I’d think twice before dining here.

Sat at the bar for 20 min before someone even acknowledged I was sitting there. One of the waitresses walked past me 3 times and didn’t acknowledge me at all.

When I got my food, the chicken was cold and hard. The wedges were good. If it wasn’t for the fact they show the fights I’d never go. Also, it wasn’t even crowded.

Several times I waited more than 20 minutes to pick up my order. The last time I waited 40 minutes before being told they made a mistake and needed to redo it. A poorly managed business that wasted a lot of my time.

Would give 0 star but not a option. Issue was they did not acknowledge us after being told to find a table. We waited with our baby over 30 minutes along with someone else across from us that came in before us was waiting. People were lined up at the door but not being seated in empty seats. Workers ignored them outright. There was a line trying to leave from bad service when I left. 10 people left in a span of 30 minutes and lots more were turning around at the door and leaving. Would not go and actually a disgrace to customer service. I was going to tip the waitress around 20% but never even got asked what drink i wanted. Also had to go get my own high chair which isn't normal for the customer to do. It was also very dirty and discusting. I left and went to outback. Totally different atmosphere I will never go back to Buffalo wild wings again.
